Helps prevent pain in pressure points.
This mat has saved my knees and back in class! I've had multiple people ask me about it because it looks as comfortable to use as it actually is. I love how fast it dries. I wipe it down after each workout and it is fresh and dry in minutes.

Perfect for workouts
Great grip on back of padding for exercising . The mat provides cushion for all areas. The size of the mat is perfect, The padding is a perfect thickness

Highly recommend
I love this yoga mat. It's better than the one I've used and loved for years. It's soft, smooth, and clings to floor. The mat is good sized yet easy to roll up and keeps its shape. Super product for a fair price.

Wonderful product with a great carry strap. Unfortunately the black mat that I got just like this one doesn't have the same strap.
