MICROLET® Lancets, 100 Count

I was thrilled to find these at Walmart - and a such a great price! I had asked at another pharmacy if they carried them, and the "pharmacist" said they didn't carry them over the counter because of their price. He said it would be much cheaper if I had my doctor send a script and let the insurance cover it. I knew Walmart carried some of these items over the counter so I went to see if they had what I needed. Of course they did! Should have just gone their first.

Lowest pain possible for fingerstick testing! These lancets are a very tiny gauge (33 I believe) so it helps with pain. Also great for elderly or anyone with sensitive skin. I really mean it too - the poke is so slight I do not jump or wince when testing. My youngest (age 7) was curious as to what her sugar level was so I tested her - she jumped but said it didn't hurt as bad as she thought it would've. These fit perfectly in my Contour Next One kit lancet device too! (side note: reviews do not let you use the word pr1ck when describing doing a "fingerstick" - calls the word "offensive language")

Checked everywhere online to get the best price. Nobody even came close to Walmart"s price. Lancets are lancets but the color is a nice touch especially after testing for over 40 years.

I use these regularly and usually get them with my health insurance but it's actually cheaper to get them from the store than the co-pay on my insurance. These are easy to use and I've never had a problem with them.

I order these through Walmart because I can get them quickly. Also, for people like me who have to test several times a day, why not throw some color into the mix? Makes your routine a little more happier!!

As every diabetic knows, daily testing of blood sugar is a necessity. These lancets are easily inserted and disposable.

This reviews applies only to the lancets "Sold by CRYSTALHANDCUT INC Pro Seller - Fulfilled by Walmart". The webpage shows a colorful Microlet box that you would find on the shelf of a store or pharmacy. However, what is received is a plain cardboard box containing 10 individual packets of 10 lancets each. Yes, you do receive the product you ordered, albeit in packaging likely intended for a purpose other than retail sale. To avoid deception, the product should be shown as individual packets of lancets.

On the app it shows the the lancets in a box and when I get them they are just little packets! You should send what is pictured on the app or website! Other customers might get really mad about it! I do like the lancets but, I think there should be more different colors!

Avoid to brand due to pricing. Speak with your pharmacist about brand and price.

the package was semi taped up because it was open. please make sure all your pens are in the box!!!
