I ordered this controller at 9am, and the controller was at my front door step by 12:30pm the same day. I bought this controller as a cheaper option to buying an elite controller with paddles. I bought the paddles separately. Product works great and came just as shown.

works great and its my 3rd one ,but all are still flawless. Comes with a slitght adhesive residue around the seams of the grips but a dry cotton cloth gets rid of it.

Great controller. Solid button feel and quality. Walmart online order and curbside pickup was also quick and easy. Walmart associate delivered order to my car within 3 minutes of arriving.

dont know why i waited so long to pull the trigger to get an elite controller i guess because the money was almost double compared to the regular wireless controller. iwish i done so years ago.

I use a controller for 5-8 hours a day, and the Elite Series 2 stand up better to that usage than any other controller. Since I have the paddles and charging case, I went with the core controller. I was originally going to purchase this when I was in the store, but was told the $109 price was online only, and in store it was $149. I had to go online, order it, then wait a day for the free delivery.

This is the first elite Xbox controller. I've owned, but it is probably my favorite just because of the color. I ordered some aftermarket buttons for it to complete the kit and it's quality and customization. Options are way better than an aftermarket this is the first elite Xbox controller. This is supposed to be a new controller, but it is clearly a refurbished or used controller. There are scratch marks and oil marks from handling on it. This is clearly false advertisement, no one should buy a controller from this place. I will be returning it for a refund.

Missing parts. Did not come with the four back paddles. No carrying case or replacement parts as well. This is either an issue with the Walmart listing not specifying what's included or the product being packaged incorrectly. Every Single elite controller comes with the replacement parts and back paddles. How am I expected to press buttons that aren't there

Do not ever buy this protection plan from Walmart or Allstate/square trade ever. Their claims process is a sham. I say this because I sent in my elite controller as the left joystick was damaged. It took over two weeks for them to process their next steps after I sent my item in and what did I get in return?….someone else's used Xbox elite controller. The serial number does not match my original serial number and what is on my plan. Keep in mind I sent them my original box with charging cable two joysticks and the control pad button. What did I receive a bear controller with no joysticks and no control pad button. Just the controller wrapped in bubble tape and a plain box no charging cable no original box that I sent nothing.

Love the remapping features however I've owned 5 of these controllers and they never last long and this one I just got from Walmart brand new had the X button stuck on it straight out of the box. Always got the warranty too but I didn't this time because Xbox makes it so difficult to get it worked on. All UbreakIFix locations local to me turned me away for my warranty
