Great controller for the money. Have had many different elite controllers. Still have stick drifting issues later on. Sometimes between 6 months to a year, although thanks to xbox making it possible to recalibrate the sticks, drifting issues can be minimized.

I'm new to gaming and the controller is very nice on your hands and you don't need to push in the buttons hard to get it to do what you like. You can customize profiles, xbox logo color, and vibrations. You can also purchase more accessories and change it to your liking.

I've had my eye on a elite controller for years but was hesitant to purchase one because of the price. Walmart had a sale on core 2 controllers this weekend so I decided to finally pull the trigger and buy one. It's rechargeable, the rubber grips feel comfortable, the trigger is light and precise and the overall quality is a pleasure to behold. I'll Probably never use the o.g. Controller again it's that nice. If you can find a sale I highly suggest you pick one up.

This product is JUST the controller, no paddles or charging case like some reviews show in pictures. It says it comes with the thumb stick adjustment tool, mine did not. I thought for the price I was paying (even on sale) I'd be getting the whole kit or at least the back paddles!

i ordered a brand new remote. not an open box. the tape on the box was cut and retaped. there is noticeable dirt and grime on the trigger and under the removable buttons. i havent even tested the remote yet but if there is any issue i want a full refund or replacement with a NEW remote. not a used one. i purchased a 3 year warranty with this product as well....

Overpriced for what you get rechargeable battery and a different color power light for $140 plus tax give or take 3 to 5 dollars depending where you buy it. They should've done something different than change the colors and take away accessories. I don't see the point in these controllers anyway they don't seem much more durable or anything they're just more customizable and that's only if you spend $200 or buy the whole accessory deal which now I have to do for my sons so I Essentially Have to buy more things once again for the Xbox to work properly. Y'all gotta good hustle going. I won't be buying another one of these controllers until they get more realistic. Take a few lessons from the PlayStation controller that comes stock five times better than the former Xbox ones that come with the console just look at those and you can see everything just my opinion and I'm not even a gamer it's just all my kids and the prices are getting outrageous and crazy, but yet it seems the games are getting according to my kids not as good and not as many as used to be so what's going on what's really going on over there Microsoft lol hope this helps somebody from wasting money and know if you're gonna buy it, at least get all the accessories and everything with it you can probably buy them separate and get them cheaper. That's what I found, but really the kids or whoever you're buying for is not gonna be happy with just the controller without all the extra customizable buttons and all the things that come with it just my thoughts and what I've been thinking have a good one. Hope this helps many people I wish I would've saw you like this and I would not have went this sprout this Christmas because I have like I said several gaming children so that adds up real quick anyway have a good rest of your day.

I've had a few elite controllers in the past love them no doubt about that.. but this one is missing some pieces. It didn't come with the steel buttons for the back of the remote and that's a key part of the experience. It's also missing the case they usually come with but I could live without that.

This is supposed to be a new controller, but it is clearly a refurbished or used controller. There are scratch marks and oil marks from handling on it. This is clearly false advertisement, no one should buy a controller from this place. I will be returning it for a refund.

Do not ever buy this protection plan from Walmart or Allstate/square trade ever. Their claims process is a sham. I say this because I sent in my elite controller as the left joystick was damaged. It took over two weeks for them to process their next steps after I sent my item in and what did I get in return?….someone else's used Xbox elite controller. The serial number does not match my original serial number and what is on my plan. Keep in mind I sent them my original box with charging cable two joysticks and the control pad button. What did I receive a bear controller with no joysticks and no control pad button. Just the controller wrapped in bubble tape and a plain box no charging cable no original box that I sent nothing.

Did not come with additional paddles for back of controller! $149 for a basic controller that I have to buy the secondary paddles for so I can utilize the functions it should be able to do out of the box!
