Restful sleep
I enjoy this product very much! It seems to work for me the 1.5 melatonin. I take it at least 30 minutes before retiring to bed and I seem to sleep all night and wake up refreshed. I recommend this to everyone, hope it does as well for you as it does for me.

Best I've Tried
I have tried EVERYTHING. I like the ease of this quick dissolve small tablet under one's tongue. The combination of elements seem to be the right mix to help me get to sleep or back to sleep. I do take a quick dissolve melatonin with it, but am trying to wean down to just this tablet. I think it is very helpful.

Good Sleep Without Brain Fog
The best inexpensive OTC sleep aid I've found. One tablet usually puts me to sleep and does not have the brain-fog side effects of other sleep aids like melatonin and diphenhydramine.

Using Midnite 10+ years
I've been using Midnite for over 10 years, only when my busy brain wants to disrupt my sleep time! I love the harmless ingredients & not feeling groggy taking it-even 3 hours before my alarm goes off!
