MidNite Melatonin Back To Sleep, Low Dose, 1.5 mg, Sleep Aid, 30 Ct

I have tried EVERYTHING. I like the ease of this quick dissolve small tablet under one's tongue. The combination of elements seem to be the right mix to help me get to sleep or back to sleep. I do take a quick dissolve melatonin with it, but am trying to wean down to just this tablet. I think it is very helpful.

I enjoy this product very much! It seems to work for me the 1.5 melatonin. I take it at least 30 minutes before retiring to bed and I seem to sleep all night and wake up refreshed. I recommend this to everyone, hope it does as well for you as it does for me.

Easy and convenient to use when you have difficulty falling asleep, no water needed, just chew it. You can pop it out easily in the dark, by feel, no need to even turn on the light if you can reach for it near your nightstand. It does seem to make a difference more times than not in helping to sleep. My son agrees.

The best inexpensive OTC sleep aid I've found. One tablet usually puts me to sleep and does not have the brain-fog side effects of other sleep aids like melatonin and diphenhydramine.
