Mikolo Multi-Functional Squat Rack with LAT Pulldown System Exercise Power Cages, Metal Red

Just put this together today and can’t wait to use it! It is extremely solid and sturdy. There are so many exercise variations you can do and it comes with a lot of attachments. Can’t believe this was so inexpensive, too. Assembly wasn’t too difficult. Did it by myself but another person would be helpful. The bolts were a bit confusing. There are many that are real similar and it was hard to read the labeling on the hardware package. It does take up a bit of room. Other reviewers uploads made it look smaller than it is.

Great power rack! I am 73kg/160lbs and 176cm/5'9 Squat: Worked great at 160kg/350lb, did not test farther Pull ups: I weigh 73kg/160lbs and added an extra 68kg/150 lbs and it held up great. Dips: Same BW and extra weight, though the dip bars did bend a bit at a total weight of around 140 kgs/300 lbs. It was very stable at 130 kgs/275 lbs. Overall as stable as I could hope for! My biggest complaint is small: I wish the pullup bar was a bit wider at the parallel section. Took about 2.5 hours to fully assemble as one person in a non-rushed pace - if you have a good socket wrench, it will go a long way. Some parts will be a lot easier with a second person

This thing is awesome! Was sketched out by other reviews, but decided to give it a try. All parts came with my order, nothing missing and the only thing damaged (dented) was the thin “Mikolo” sign, but no biggie as everything else was perfect. Install took about 2.5hrs with an electric socket wrench and instructions were very easy to follow. Overall really happy with this as it provides the functionality for so many different workout options.

It is good rack solid enough for my basic use. I am not lifting over 300 pounds. Provides safety for bench and squat in a full cage. I did not want or need the LAT pulldown system but I got it on sale for $303. Without the LAT pulldown there is a little more room inside making the 24 inch space useable. At that price it is a bargain rack 2 by 2 with 1 inch holes. There were some chips in the paint but overall it is adequate. I did buy the additional safety arms. If the J clips were a little better it would be nice, but they do work. Overall on sale it is great, but at an MSRP of 469 I would say no. I would get the cheapest 3 by 3 rack with 1 inch holes instead.

Perfect rack system for our family. Simple. Safe. Versatile. Concentrates on numerous upper body muscles. We had to add a bench with leg extensions, hamstring and curling attachments. I would give it 5 Stars if the following improvements were offered: 1. Olympic Adapter could be tightened to the Storage Pin to prevent it from slipping out when Olympic weights are removed. (A simple screw pin would be a solution.) 2. One of the Storage Pin was not threaded properly so it couldn’t be securely tightened to the rack. Overall, I’m satisfied with the purchase. 3. The Cable Bar was not comfortable so I had to purchase one that could rotate. 4. All of the End Caps to the bars slip off easy if care is not taken. I may have to apply glue or some sort of adhesive. Overall very satisfied with the purchase. No need to go to the gym. So convenient to get a quick workout in the morning, during lunch breaks, anytime of the day / night.

Recieved the two boxes pretty quickly and found it not too hard to put together (so far). Im a woman and did it myself. However, a part is missing (base for pulley system) so all i can use is the power rack and cant use any accessories. I reached out for a replacement and they responded quickly, but said it would be 15-20 days until it ships and then it comes from China. It's been about that long and I haven't gotten confirmation of shipping yet or a replacement part. I think once it comes it will be a great track for the price! I haven't put any weights on it but im 185 lbs and the thing doesn't move at all when I use the pull up bar or dip handles. Im not an expert at these things but it certainly was a great addition to my home gym, just s bummer I can't use it in is full capacity yet. I really wanted it for the lat pull down feature.

Ours is missing a large piece as pictured. It’s the Upper Side Tube Left Mikolo if you’re reading this please send us one!! I messaged the seller through the Walmart app and am waiting to hear back but I really can’t use this until we have the piece.

Instructions are pretty awful. Hardware not labeled with the %23’s referenced in instructions, several typos calling for wrong hardware, or missing entirely. . The threaded inserts for the guide tubes were welded on crooked causing one bar to bow so it doesn’t slide smoothly.. Through hole on 2 bars were messed up and had to be drilled out. I can deal with the defects, and would even be ok with vague instructions but major typos, conflicting references and unlabeled hardware is not cool.

DO NOT BUY unless you're sure you want this - company (not Walmart) will not process return. Before this arrived, I found a better setup from a friend. When the two boxes arrived (super heavy, needs two people), I began to process a return thru Walmart, who sent me to the manufacturer Mikolo Fitness. I still have not unpackaged the boxes. The Customer service agent has misdirected my FOUR direct refund/return requests, with the final offering a $70 credit and suggesting I sell their product second-hand.

Arrived with defect from manufacturer. Simple mistake. Simple fix. Thought they were going to honor the warranty. Gave me the run around and never shipped the part so I can fix it. Now they aren’t even answering emails. Stuck with a unit that is not fully operational because of this. Spend a little extra and get something of better quality.
