Great power rack! I am 73kg/160lbs and 176cm/5'9 Squat: Worked great at 160kg/350lb, did not test farther Pull ups: I weigh 73kg/160lbs and added an extra 68kg/150 lbs and it held up great. Dips: Same BW and extra weight, though the dip bars did bend a bit at a total weight of around 140 kgs/300 lbs. It was very stable at 130 kgs/275 lbs. Overall as stable as I could hope for! My biggest complaint is small: I wish the pullup bar was a bit wider at the parallel section. Took about 2.5 hours to fully assemble as one person in a non-rushed pace - if you have a good socket wrench, it will go a long way. Some parts will be a lot easier with a second person

Very good quality for the price I paid. Although itis an at home system it is great quality. I bought it mainly for my kids who are highschool and college athletes and they absolutely love it. It has all the features they need for an at home workout I was told. I placed it in my basement gym with has slightly lower ceiling aroun 7 1/2- 8 ft and it fit perfectly. I would say its around 6ft 8inches in height. It is compact but spacious enough for all the neccessary workouts. I put it together mostly by myself with minimal help for the higher pieces since I am pretty short and I will say the instructions are great. The product was packaged well and came in two boxes. If you are on the fence I will say buy it

This thing is awesome! Was sketched out by other reviews, but decided to give it a try. All parts came with my order, nothing missing and the only thing damaged (dented) was the thin “Mikolo” sign, but no biggie as everything else was perfect. Install took about 2.5hrs with an electric socket wrench and instructions were very easy to follow. Overall really happy with this as it provides the functionality for so many different workout options.

For the price, this is actually great! I don't squat, bench, or deadlift 500lbs so it should suit me quite well. Time will tell!

Perfect rack system for our family. Simple. Safe. Versatile. Concentrates on numerous upper body muscles. We had to add a bench with leg extensions, hamstring and curling attachments. I would give it 5 Stars if the following improvements were offered: 1. Olympic Adapter could be tightened to the Storage Pin to prevent it from slipping out when Olympic weights are removed. (A simple screw pin would be a solution.) 2. One of the Storage Pin was not threaded properly so it couldn't be securely tightened to the rack. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase. 3. The Cable Bar was not comfortable so I had to purchase one that could rotate. 4. All of the End Caps to the bars slip off easy if care is not taken. I may have to apply glue or some sort of adhesive. Overall very satisfied with the purchase. No need to go to the gym. So convenient to get a quick workout in the morning, during lunch breaks, anytime of the day / night.

Initial thoughts on the rack: the instructions are pretty good. However, not all the pieces are labeled to match what's in the manual . If you like to build stuff you will find that it's not that bad, and will be thankful that you didn't spend the extra to get it built. The welds and structure seem solid. It can be built by one person, but I wouldn't recommend it for persons under 5'5. I found some challenge there, needed a small ladder, and decent coordination. There are tools included but I would recommend using your own. One thing of note toward the end, start to loop your cable at the beginning of the cable process. It won't fit through the first pulley wheel once installed. I'll update once I get my weights on there next week.

FYI Always count bolts/ screws before assembling anything and match the amount with the parts list or match the amount to the sum of the counts on each page. Had my speculation due to damaged package. Some parts had scuffs possibly due to transit, but, thankfully all parts arrived and assembled within a couple of hours. At about 170lbs, I can perform stable pull-ups and dips without weights on the equipment and a variety of workouts can be done with the use of this equipment. Happy to add this to my home gym.

Instructions are pretty awful. Hardware not labeled with the %23's referenced in instructions, several typos calling for wrong hardware, or missing entirely. . The threaded inserts for the guide tubes were welded on crooked causing one bar to bow so it doesn't slide smoothly.. Through hole on 2 bars were messed up and had to be drilled out. I can deal with the defects, and would even be ok with vague instructions but major typos, conflicting references and unlabeled hardware is not cool.

Arrived with defect from manufacturer. Simple mistake. Simple fix. Thought they were going to honor the warranty. Gave me the run around and never shipped the part so I can fix it. Now they aren't even answering emails. Stuck with a unit that is not fully operational because of this. Spend a little extra and get something of better quality.
