Mind Reader Desk Organizer with 5 Sliding Trays, Black

I absolutely love this Mind Reader desk organizer! The 5 sliding trays make it so easy to keep papers, mail, and even notebooks organized without cluttering up my desk. The trays glide smoothly, and the black finish looks sleek and professional. It feels sturdy and holds a lot more than I expected. For the price, this is a great value and has made my workspace so much neater!

I never thought I would rave about an office item but there is a first for everything. This 5 Tier Steel Mesh Paper Tray Desk Organizer is a must have addition to any office or desk space. It is the perfect size, width, length, height and design. I happen to have a black mesh pen cup holder and black mesh business card stand that match perfectly with the tray organizer. To begin, the unit arrived well packed in a light weight box. No bulk, just the right size. I appreciate companies that find efficient ways to pack their products and ship packages. I was pleasantly surprised that each of the 5 shelves were protected from scratching the other with a floral paper liner placed between each shelf. The box was easy to open and contained clear, simple, easy to follow instructions and the necessary screws. I took out each shelf with the supporting attachment legs and bag of screws, read the instructions and literally put it together in 2 minutes, no tools necessary. However, I did use a screwdriver when finished to fasten the screws tightly, as my personal preference, but was not necessary. I really like the space between each shelf and that each shelf easily slides in and out. If I need more space between shelves I can remove a tray, by sliding it out, and use the tray in a different location because the trays are not attached to the main unit. This is a great feature, very practical to adjust the shelf to the needed height. I can use all 5 shelves at once on the unit or just 3 or 4 tray shelves and use the ones I remove on my desk or anywhere I choose. Next, once assembled, I immediately placed the 5 tier mesh paper tray on my compact size, home office shelf which sits in the corner behind my computer and it fit like a glove. I also got that shelf unit from Walmart and love it. My computer desk was also purchased at Walmart. All of the pieces were purchased separately yet they match. This is another reason why I recommend buying office furniture and office supplies from Walmart. I definitely recommend this shelf. It looks great, is sturdy, compact, attractive and made of durable steel. I like the way everything I stacked and stored on it fit perfectly. I put paper, folders, ink boxes, a stapler, packing tape and miscellaneous items that cluttered my computer desk and in an instant it made the space appear bigger, clean and clutter free. I think it is extremely useful, practical and a space saver. Again, a product worthy of 5 stars.

I like this so much I am ordering another one in Silver for my son. I received the Mind Reader 5 Tier Steel Mesh Paper Tray Desk Organizer, in Black and it was super easy to assemble in a few minutes with a Phillips screwdriver. I like that it is tiered vertically so it doesn't take up much space. It separates 5 levels so I can separate pending bills and papers, paid bills, things I need to save for tax season, etc. also that each shelf pulls out so easy to get to and see what's there. Great for work and home.

Straight out of the box I knew this was going to be a sturdy product. It is made of a quality aluminum. All the necessary parts and screws were present. Just need a phillips screw driver. Easy to follow instructions. Just took three screws. The 5 provided trays slipped easily into each layer. It is lightweight and very functional. I went from papers laying all over my office to functional arrangement. I have a layer for current bills, paid bills, things to file, things to shred and one extra tray. The extra tray I use for copy paper. One handy convenience is the drawers slide out. Each tray is made of a mesh breathable material. Given the fact I have very limited counter space, I would welcome a group of these that mount on the wall, freeing up my counter space for a work area. Still this is a great product and It would make a super addition to any office whether business, or home. I will be buying another one for my craft room.

I was in need of a nice paper desk organizer and this one caught my eye. What I like about is the fact that is made out of metal and because it’s made out of mesh you can see thru it to better and faster recognize what you are looking for. There is some assembly involved when you get it but it is minimal, it takes about 10 minutes to put it together, 6 screws to screw in the sides to the 3 crossbars and you are done. After you tighten the screws this stand is very stable. All the 5 shelves slide in and that how you also slide them in and out based on your need. It is very clever design and it looks great on my desk. Now I can find very easy all my paperwork and I can organize them nicely in 5 piles on each shelf. I’m hoping this stand will make my desk cleaner and eliminate a lot of clutter that sometimes builds up on every desk. I’m sure it will last a long time and I can highly recommend it!

The Mind Reader 5 Tier Steel Mesh Paper Tray Desk Organizer has 5 trays. The trays have tracks that they slide into. You cannot adjust the positions of the trays higher or lower because of the built in tracks. Each track is the same distance from each other so all the trays line up well. What I like about this paper tray organizer is that the trays can slide completely or partially out of the rack, so it is easy to access papers. I can pull out a tray completely and set it on my desk to work on and then put it back. If I have a lot of papers that I want to put together in one tray and the pile of papers is thicker than the space between racks, I can completely remove another tray from the rack to allow for this and keep the extra tray on my table for something else. The removable trays make this organizer very flexible. It looks very nice on my desk because it is not plastic. The black color blends into the background and does not draw your focus to it. The steel is sturdy and the organizer was easy to assemble with a Philips screwdriver. Overall, the Mind Reader 5 Tier Steel Mesh paper tray organizer is a good fit for my desk and I like it.

I am giving this item a star rating of 3 because it is really cheaply made and I was expecting better from this company. It was hard to put together because the holes for the screws caused it to be wobbly. And the trays would fall if you pushed not too hard on them.

The product looks great in the pictures, but is not built using quality materials. The rails where the organizers slide are bent in several places. When I pull them out, more often than not, they fall out. So I would not recommend it.

The pieces did. It fit together. I returned it.

I've called and sent an email in regards to my problem with no response. When putting the item together, the support brace is not threaded properly as to connect it to the other brace. Im very disappointed!!!
