Many cracks on the surface of the desk. I am sure it is new. Maybe due to the mailing and poor packing. I want to return it but I don't want to go outside to mail it back. So the only choice is keep it. it's a good lap desk if no cracks on it. Little sad about it.

Poor quality. Could have been better. The top black part in the middle of the table completely falls out, nothing holds it in. (the part that seems to be made to hold an ipad upright) and it shows the completely unfinished wood on the edges, bound to get splinters. Shouldn't ship out an unfinished product. Foam leg pieces were dented and flimsy. This product had potential. I am returning it.

When we bought it, the sale image of the tray was a picture of a completely different blue tray with a cup holder. The picture since then has been updated but the description still states it comes with a cup holder. It does not. The holder was the reason we bought this tray so yes, disappointed with the purchase.

Terrible. Doesn’t look like what I ordered. It’s missing the whole cup holder. It’s not even the same color. The plastic slit for the tablet holder just fell right off. The table came with scratches and completely full of dust. UNBELIEVABLE! The only thing that was right, was how sturdy the legs are. I got this for my daughter for E learning. It took a little long to arrive and I have no interest in sending it back and reordering another one to make her wait longer for a new one. Walmart needs to take this vendor off their site! Should’ve went with the simple mainstays one.

Item arrived in a box that looked OK. When I opened it, the 'shrink wrap' was undisturbed YET the item was cracked all the way across. Since the box was in good shape, it appears that the item was wrapped already damaged and shipped that way. This is starting to happen more and more with Walmart drop-shippers from China. It takes weeks to get a credit. Not happy.

It arrived damaged

I was really hoping I'd be one of the lucky ones that received this desk undamaged. Unfortunately the box it came in was barely a box from all the damage and the desk was cracked and chipped. Will be returning it back to Walmart.

it arrived broken, its made of cheap cardboard as you can see from the pictures. I never opened it. whats worse is I gave one as a gift 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ I am so very angry!!!!
