This is definitely a luxury item. Not a necessity for everyone but an item you will be happy to have. It arrives fully assembled and it is ready to use as soon as it is removed from the box. I must admit I wear a size 6 shoe, therefore, the unit is much larger than I need. I would prefer the unit be more compact for storage reasons. However, the unit size will accommodate both small shoe sizes and large male and female shoe sizes. I have set the unit at the base of my living room couch and have used it everyday for the past three weeks. Some days I use it for a few minutes and on other days, up to one one hour. The longer I use it the better I feel. The unit is comfortable, relaxing and soothing. It really relieves foot pressure. A few years ago I took a mistep and now when I walk all day my feet will hurt and get swollen. Some nights I need a foot massage. This unit does the job perfectly. It adapts and is adjustable. I can raise my feet slightly or more significantly. I have even put it on my bed to massage my feet as I read on my bed and it is extremely helpful. It relieves the tiredness in my feet after a long day on my feet or sometimes when I just need some pampering. I like to swing it up and down for relief. I definitely recommend this Mind Reader foot rest. Give it a try and you will also be hooked.

I've been using this Mind Reader footrest product for about a month now at home and L-O-V-E it! I was already aware of, and using footrests at work although they are non-adjustable nor have a tilt/rock feature like this one. My employer provides built-in, no frills footrests for us to increase circulation and reduce fatigue on our joints during our 12-hour shift of sitting at our computer console operating stations. At work I would always notice how much better my legs felt after using a footrest during long sitting periods and put it on my list of things to purchase for the home front. Lucky for me as a Walmart Spark Reviewer, Walmart offered me this product to test and review for the consumer...YOU, and now I finally own one for home use! Set up was extremely simple: comes assembled, just pull it out of the box, place it on the floor and begin using! There is nothing to plug in to an electrical outlet nor any batteries to use; it is a manually-operated unit. The entire unit is constructed of heavy plastic, thus is lightweight to move from room to room. It comes with a simple three-position height adjustment (think: pool lounge chair adjustment) yet the best feature to me is the 0-30 degree tilt. Not only can the user set the height, but can also tilt and/or rock the unit for extra comfort or just to give legs and feet an extra wiggle or stretch for increased circulation. The rollers are nice too; I can feel the rollers even with my slippers on. I think in future units they should consider rubber rollers...ah, wouldn't THAT be heavenly? The plastic ones still work great but I am thinking rubber would feel great on bare feet. I found the size of the unit to fit well under my computer desk. As well, I found that I no longer need to put my computer chair in the "lounge" position; instead I now sit upright in my chair, lock it in place and, combined with the footrest, by body is now positioned in an ergonomical position thus minimizing physical discomfort. I highly recommend this footrest and I think it would make a GREAT holiday gift for your friends and loved ones. Again, and I cannot stress enough, NO batteries or electrical outlets needed; works straight out of the box!! This foot rest is very stable. It is also adjustable by applying pressure with your feet allowing you to readjust as needed. I like it so much I bought a second one for hubby so he'd stop borrowing mine. If your spending long hours at your desk this will help with swelling in your feet and legs.

I'm not too sure about this product. I've never used a foot rest before so I'm not too sure on how it should feel. I am a short person at 5'2 and have some health issues where my feet do tend to swell so I was thinking this would be helpful. What I am finding that I have to do is after having my feet up on the foot rest, every five minutes I have to take them down then I put them back up. The reason for me to do this is because It feels uncomfortable to me having my feet up, so maybe it's just me and not the foot rest. It seems to be made sturdy. It's a hard plastic so it's not that comfortable to me and I found it hard to use the rollers; could it be because I have short legs? I'm not sure?

Putting this under my computer chair for after a long day and being able to have a little foot massage was great. It was simple to use by just running my feet across the rollers in the middle and having relief. It gelped my husband as well as he wears steel toe boots daily. It just comes out of the box and is ready to use no assembly required. This is a great addition to offer relief and I woukd recommend this to others. If you're looking for a way to gace daily massages without paying excessive amounts of money this is a good buy

Great for support and massage your feet. I was expecting a little more sturdy foot rest with more stability, but it moves when feet are on it. It makes noises too.

I love this Mind Reader 'Comfy' adjustable height foot rest with rollers for massage. I use it underneath my desk whenever I'm in my office. It's too fragile! I put my feet on it and it broke suddenly. You need to be very cautious to not put too much force on it. I just bought this in 2 weeks.

The foot rest is not solid or stable. If you don't place your foot directly in the center before shifting your weight it feels like it will tip over over or break. Mine did both in about a week. The material is a hard plastic so the piece that adjusts the height broke off so im looking for something else.

Piece of/!? Crap. Not only cheaply made plastic that parts broke off of it. But it does not massage your feet at alll. Please do not waste your money like I did. I feel duped and sad some one out their is making money off poor people like me.
