had to remove the rubber sleeve inside the handle to fit my 50 endura max but after that it fit great...would buy again and probably will

Does what I expect it to do. Just don't turn the handle too far or too hard or it will come loose. Read the other reviews before you purchase one an dyou will see what I am writing about.

We decided our little pedal boat could benefit from a rear-mounted, inexpensive trolling motor, but reaching nack behind our seats for the controller would have been a stretch. This extender brings the control right into our comfort zone.

I bought this handle for my Minn Kota Riptide transom mount, when im up on my platform stalking the reds on the flats here in NC and i have to say its length, fit and weight are perfect! When im up on the platform the riptide handle goes up and stays up,the extension is that lite and yet is very sturdy and durable,an excellent addition to my riptide,thanks Walmart,you guys ROCK!!

I bought this so I could be more forward in my 14ft row boat and my 16-1/2ft Lund. It secures well to the handle of my Minn Kota 50# Riptide transom mount. The only point one should remember in considering this is that when it is fully extended to 25" and the handle on the trolling motor is fully extended (in my case, 18",) the left and right movement of your arm is quite great. It is very useful, however and does allow me to see more of what is directly in front of my boats.

I like the concept of a short extendable handle for my tiller handle. The tiller clamp is adjustable and seems strong. The twist lock for extendability does not set and gives way when I twist the handle to shift gears or throttle up my small outboard. The twist lock is a poor design for this application.

You have to turn the handle left and right to turn the trolling motor on and off. In doing so you constantly are unlocking the handle .

Received part broken. need replacement
