Filtered tap water a short squirt of Mio Energy in a small bottle is the perfect thirst quencher for a long walk or workouts at the gym. It's a fraction of the price of pre-made energy drinks and has the same effect. I buy four at time and store them in the fridge.
I love the flavor orange vanilla. It tastes like the orange popsicles with vanilla ice cream inside them! My only complaint is alot of time my mouth gets so dry from drinking it I have to drink alot more or switch to something else. I dont care for regular water so Ive foud the Mio drops added gives me what I need. Ive tried other brands but Ive loved Mio with its variety of flavors.
A big and boisterous YUM!!This stuff is so delicious that I find I am drinking more water, which is great. It has a flavor similar to a Creamsicle, but lighter and very thirst quenching.I have been buying it for months and still find it as great as it was at first- not tired of it and always buy a few so i don't risk running out!
I was in love with Greatvalue Lemonade in earlier months but all of a sudden the label changed on theirs %26 it no longer tasted good to me at all. Sorry Walmart. Then i started trying all kinds of flavors and brands but the only thing i found that I like was this one, Mio. I probably should subscribe as much as i buy it %26 drink it. Love it Mio. 😍
This taste really good and you don't have to use a lot to flavor your water. My only concern was that even when it is labeled sugar free it may still raise your sugar level. I'm diabetic and I check my sugar regularly. I've noticed that after drinking this my sugar spiked up. I was wondering what was increasing my sugar level and the only thing I changed was adding this to my water. When I stopped adding this my sugar was back down to my regular range. So just try it and keep an eye on your sugar if you're diabetic. Otherwise I'd keep drinking this. I love sweet tea so it was a disappointment when I had to stop.
I'm in love with this flavor (orange vanilla). My biggest complaint, in terms of bottle size and price, is that it takes about 3 squeezes to fill my 40-oz cup. That means you run out pretty quickly, and at this price point I'm not sure it's something I'd buy very often. Still, the taste is really good. My biggest reason for writing this review is to warn you that this stuff stains. I wasn't just squirting it on things, but it ricocheted off my ice cubes and hit fabric...and I cannot get it out, at least not with anything I have onhand in my house. So keep in mind that you need to be careful around fabrics!
This style taste full strength. One of the few Mio's that are worth buying. Mio is overhyped in my experience. Their labels aren't consistent with the lid so you lose visual cues on how to open it quickly. Some reason that bothers me, and I'm sure it triggers others.
I have purchased my fair share of this stuff and it seems that they have put less taste in it. In other words you have to add more to get a similar flavor compared to what I was used to. So your adding more mio to a tall glass of water.
Not as tasty as i remember Now a bit overbearing I remember when all mio products had perfect flavor balance between flavor and other ingredients now I've had two meals after about four years and they are not the same. In my opinion. I am sorry to say, but they will do. It just means diluting her adding more water.
I tried this product in a variety of flavors in an effort to temporarily stop purchasing a water enhancer that I had been buying for years, that I loved, only until its price dropped a bit. This enhancer made me sick, literally, and I'm thinking it was the horrific combination of chemicals used to make this product. I've learned my lesson and will never put my health at risk again just to save a few dollars. Do not purchase this product.
