I mix this powder into my coffee and it dissolves easy without any clumps. I did not notice any grit but there is a slight aftertaste. I did not really mind it and I need it for constipation and it helps ease the cramping, bloating and gas. I was able to feel a bit relieved and comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is actually my first time using Miralax. I love that it came in easy individual packages - no need to measure and easy for on the go. I poured into some water, and thought it looked a bit grainy, but went to go get my phone to take a picture for the review, and by the time I came back, it had all dissolved! (See photo). It had no texture while drinking, and nearly no taste. In anything but water, it's tasteless. This product was very easy to take. It is a good solution for mild constipation with no side effects. I was expecting the laxative stomach cramp, but it never came! I would definitely recommend this product to others.

The best part is, there is no stomach cramping, Miralax just softens your stool so you can go the bathroom more easily! Just simply dissolve the powder in any beverage and you will have a bowel movement usually within one day.

I tried teas but didn't really help. I got this a few weeks ago and decided to try it around the time I start my period because that's when I get bloated the most! Let me tell you, it works! Easy to make, add to any drink (I did apple juice) the cap itself gives you proper measurement! Dissolves quickly (no chunks or product left at the bottom of the cup) tasteless! Does the job I'm very happy!!
