it worked great for the first 3 uses, then it started not opening the top completely. Sliced my finger trying to get the rest of the can open. Now sometimes it'll just randomly cut on out of the blue.. I struggled to get it to stop , I was successful with making it stop. the last time it just started up randomly in the drawer I couldn't make it stop, And took it outside and left it, it was quite annoying sound.. Maybe mine was possessed or some sorta glitch.. Not sure. But I loved it due to my severe arthritis in my hands. Just really can't afford anymore and I'm not sure the same thing wouldn't happen again. But decent gadget just wish mine acted right!

It is to light for me. I need something with substance to feel or it will become a struggle for me due to nerve loss in my hands. I know all I need to do it get it on the can, but getting it on the can is difficult because of the light weight. Will return to Walmart for exchange if I can find one with some more weight than this one.

I don't know why, but it takes several attempts to get the blade to a position that actually attaches to the can. It is very slow and seems to get hung up quite easily. It takes at least two or more trips around the can to open it. I can open a can manually faster.

It's a shame, this was the right overall design, lightweight, comfortable in hand, speedily performed it's task. It did not hold on to the can tops with its magnet that well. The big negative here is safety and guaranteed injury to the hands/fingers by elder folks, children even the kitchen pros could forget to hold this safely and come up with severe injury. Though the promo says it is safe to use, it is not. What happens is the unit using it's own cutting tool, by design, cuts lower from the can lid lip and into the can itself. Thus a person ends up with two very sharp edges, 1-underside of the lid and 1-the container part of the can. I bloodied myself 3times and decided to buy another from Walmart and return this to C/S. I cannot get a refund because I cannot find the order but that's okay with me, it needs to be pulled from display before an unsuspecting child does real damage to themselves.

is can opener absolutely useless. it is hard to use and to use it is very difficult it does not cut it does not open cans no matter how powerful the battery I use the motor does not have enough power to cuddle with a can it goes round and round and round and round many many times and still does not open the can it just does not have the force it is a piece of junk I've tried to return it and nobody wants to do anything about it I was definitely ripped off with this one matter of fact I think I have two of them it was junk it was a rip off please people do not buy this.

TRASH THEY SHOULD NOT SELL PEOPLE THIS WAS TRASH…. I had to force it around the top of the key then it wouldn't cut it off. It's just it's awful product is cheap. It doesn't work. I'm so sorry. I wasted my money on it. If I hadn't use it I would have returned it for a full refund again it's trash do not buy.

Complete junk! DOES NOT WORK as advertised or hardly at all!! I bought it thinking it would be helpful with the arthritis in my hands and wrists. by the time I got a can open I was in more pain than when I started tried on many different types and sizes of cans, same results every time! Several people tried it as well, no one can get it to work properly Makes small cut, goes couple inches, small cut- usually just paper label and gets stuck!' you have to get it unstuck, start again. it would go around eight times with our assistance and still not cut through the can. But once it has started cutting the can there's no other way to get the can open other than keep trying this frustrating Gadget! and once you get the top off the can is just a sharp as with any other can opener the metal will cut you if you're not careful. we thought about returning it and what do yard sales two weekends in a row and these were for sale at every single yard sale so obviously no one wants to use them.

Worst piece of crap I have bought. I bought this because it is hard for me to use a handheld can opener and I like the fact that you didn't have any sharp edges but not only did this item not work but it got stuck on the can and I could not get the off. It never cut through the can so I had to throw the can and the can opener in the garbage. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

The directions and the use of the product are very simple. However it either doesn't clamp well on the top of the can, then you have to push it down the entire time for it to cut, or it doesn't fully cut all the way around the can so you have to restart it several times finding out where it did cut and it didn't, or it wont go around the can do you have to hold it on the e can and spin it yourself. I use it mainly to open Salmon for my dog and this can lead to Salmon juice everywhere and no one really wants that mess or smell in their kitchen. I do not suggest purchasing this item. It does work, but for all mishaps and mess it would be easier to just purchase ase a hand operating one.

After my 4th use, it just quit. I originally thought, okay it's the batteries. So I changed them and it still wouldn't work. The batteries were warm to the touch. Having trouble using can openers this was going to be a Great investment, and it was for the first 3 times it worked. Being on a FIXED INCOME I'm beyond frustrated that it broke and I basically WASTED MY MONEY!!!
