The seller shipped this item in a plastic envelope rather than a box to protect it from the elements and from damage. It is in a plastic container and being transported in 105 degrees temperatures. This is was a very bad experience seeing that I reached my hand into the bag before knowing what was in it only to have my hand dipped into hot liquid.
