I bought this pan for two reasons: one, because I needed a way to cook eggs besides using a plastic egg poacher; and two, because I needed a pan to cook an egg in a rounded shape for inclusion in an English muffin breakfast sandwich or home made breakfast biscuits. This last weekend I made biscuits, cooked some Conecuh sausage (a local product), and egg biscuits. I am so glad I found this pan. It is exactly what I needed. It requires some assembly, which is minor, and it comes with a good quality silicon spatula to use with removing food from the pan. Before cooking I sprayed the pan pockets with crisco spray and with a little encouragement from the spatula, the eggs came out easily after cooking. I am looking forward to using this for various kitchen creations and for a long time. As far as the plastic egg poacher, it works well but we're trying to find ways to prepare food that don't require cooking in/with plastic. Granted, the pan is coated with teflon, which is a plastic, but stovetop and microwave are different ways of cooking and as long as I don't overheat the pan (beyond 570° F), I think we're ok.

Cute pan but I think it would be better if the wells were a bit deeper for the eggs. If you're not careful, the eggs can go over the well and be messy. I've learned it's best to VERY GENTLY place eggs into the wells.

I liked this 4 egg and pancake skillet has a lid, the bottom is thicker to avoid burning. You may cook 4 different foods at once, ham, toast, pancake, eggs or. Just be creative And practice biscuits to see how long to cook. I used plant butter, it cleaned up real well. Yes I like this 4 part skillet. I wish it was a.little deeper to make fried pies. All in all it is nice! Lower price would be preferred. Shipping was fast! Thank you for asking Merry Christmas

We have used it mainly for eggs and round sausage patties. I don't think it is non-stick, so we used avacado oil in each spot before adding the food. The lid is a nice touch for any spattering.

This pan is very nice for making a quick omelette or mini pancakes. It heats up VERY QUICKLY, so keep heat on the low side. The only thing is that the material is NOT nonstick. You definitely must use oil or spray on it or the food will not lift out. But it's convenient %26 I would still recommend it as an everyday small kitchen appliance.

The round inserts in the pan were far too shallow to add an egg along with a few veggies or even meat. It comes out rather flat and the egg yolk and whites spill over while cooking. Also, no instructions come with the product on how long to make the omelettes shown or recommended temperature.

Too shallow. Coating came off during second or third dishwashing with scrubdaddy sponge.
