Ya cant go wrong with Hamilton Beach! Some reviewers say the latch broke. I'm assuming they really fill the tortilla up and are cranking down hard on the lid. Perhaps Hamilton Beach could design a deeper pocketed quesadilla maker? I'd recommend this item highly. it heats quickly and the non stick surface is very easy to clean.

Very easy to use. I was disappointed that it came scratched and the handle seemed wiggly. But as soon as I plugged it in , i loved it. Very easy to make and very quick. So quick that it would be good to teach children to use it. You could put anything in your shells.

Used to have a bigger one I got second hand that was at least a decade old. Inised it for at least another decade, worked fantastic. Accidentally broke it so I needed a new one. And by broke, I mean BROKE. All that was left were the metal plates inside. Whole shell gone. Anyway, new one works a treat. Hoping I get as many years out of it as the last

It's wonderful- just as described in the ad - My son and I experimenting with different things to put in the quesadilla maker and so far they been great - It's so easy to use and fun to make our own quesadillas - highly recommend 😀

Easy to operate a perfect size for making a quesadilla that will fill you up. Had some reservations, but all were just spelled after I used it. Couldn't stop making quesadillas after the first one. You're gonna love it!

I like it is compact and simple to use. It is quick to heat up, however you do need to use it several times to determine how much to put in the quesadilla and how long to cook it. It works best if you take a burrito size tortilla and fold it over, instead of two on top of each other. Sauces, butters etc leak out. Love quesadillas and use it daily.

A major problem is that you can't make a very deep quesadilla as the lid only accommodates relatively few ingredients. The fact that you have to clean the cooking surfaces without being able to remove them from the appliance is a major drawback. Had I known how difficult it would be to clean it, I wouldn't have purchased it. However, that may not be a big issue for others.

I have no idea if this item is good or not. It was never delivered to me. It says delivered, but it is nowhere to be found. There was a photo of the delivery but its not on my property.
