Proctor Silex Hot Sandwich Maker with Nonstick Surface, Compact and Easy to Store, White

I got this for my husband to take in the truck with him. He uses it almost every day. It makes it so he can have something other than a microwave wave meal or take out. He loves it! Some of the other drivers are getting them too.

I'm very pleased with the price, quality, and efficiency of this sandwich maker! We took it out of the box a couple of weeks ago. We've probably used it about 5-7 times, and we're (3 users) all impressed with how fast it heats up and makes our grilled cheese sandwichiches. We bought it for my nephew but everyone is using it. It evenly heats and browns both sides without having to flip. A quick wipe down with a wet cloth is all I have to do, and it still looks brand new .

This product is great would recommend. But, like so many items Walmart use to carry, they don't have available in the store and it is an incovienience to have to order online. Items as simple as tooth picks they have carried for years they discontinue, to many items that are carried elsewhere walmart discontinues---Why?

This thing heats up super fast and cooks grilled cheese in 90 seconds. I love this thing. No more waiting for a grill to heat up and having to turn the sandwich over. This sandwich maker has flat plates, doesn't get hot on the outside, and has rubber nubs on the bottom so it doesn't slide around on the countertop.

I am very pleased with my Hamilton beach proctor silex sandwich maker,makes perfect grilled cheese sandwiches and its very easy to clean too,only takes a second. I recommend this item to anyone wanting a better way to make the perfect grilled cheese sandwich

Sandwich maker works as advertised. Quick %26 easy way to make toasted sandwich. 4 stars because I used a wooden spatula to lift sandwich out of cooker and it scratched on first use. My fault I guess but still disappointing

It works as advertised. I can whip up a couple grilled cheese sandwiches for my grandson in 5 minutes. Really, the only thing I think could be better would be removeable cooking surfaces. That would allow for, in my opinion, a more thorough cleaning after use.

My expectation was that the unit would allow for some steam to escape so that the outside of the bread would be crisp and the inside moist. What happens is that the whole sandwich is quite moist. I do feel with a little time and trial it would still be useful. The sandwich was finished including warm up in five minutes, not good for multiples.

This unit advertises can toast 2 regular sandwiches or 1 large sandwich. This is simply not true! The maker will not hold 2 regular size sandwiches. It's just too small but works for one grilled chees.

You charged me $30 for a proctor silex sandwich maker, when I ordered the George Forman grill. You guys suck and I will never use this service again. Huge FAIL
