Ive had this keyboard about 2/3 months now and love it! It came just like description and fully packaged. It was a easy plug into my computer. Every now and then the keys may stick but a easy tap and things are fine.

LOVE THE LOOK. KEYBOARD SUCKS UP BATTERIES LIKE CRAZY AND PUT'S ITSELF IN SLEEP MODE FAR TOO QUICKLY. THE KEYBOARD'S SLEEP BUTTON IS SO CLOSE TO THE MINUS ON THE 10-KEY, I SLIP A LOT AND PUT MY COMPUTER TO SLEEP IN THE MIDDLE OF WORK. MOUSE IS SUPER QUIET AND GLIDES EASILY.

the box had been opened. pretty sure this was a returned item. i havent tried the keyboard and mouse yet. very disappointed.

Thus was supposed to be here January 28th and still has not arrived. I could no longer track it and it was sent back to sender with no prior notice at all until I rescheduled out to them. So I asked for a refund. I waited over a week past the delivery and still no update.

the usb plug in BROKE the first time I took it out of the computer. AND Its now taken 2 weeks and I havent gotten my money back Yet. POOR customer service
