it does a really great job! it shuts off automatically When it's not being used or out of water. It makes Is ice quickly but is A little noisy. Overall love the product

So far so good. Since I've only had it a couple of weeks, I cannot speak to it's durability, but it looks like it will last a while. The size of the ice is bigger than my old machine. It doesn't make the ice super fast but it's fast enough for me. The icons are easy to understand. They tell you when to empty the ice from the basket, when to add water, etc. So far, I am very pleased with the ice=maker.

Great back up, especially in the summer months. Our in the door icemaker had frozen up inside. We will keep it as a back up even after we got it repaired!

Bought this as a gift for my daughter and they love it. 2 different sizes of ice cubes. So far works great!

Makes ice as fast as claimed. Only thing is ice is wet, when it is put in freezer, freezes together. Okay if used straight from ice maker.

Liked it, makes ice fast. Wished the part where ice goes was bigger to hold more since machine is big but ice basket is so small.

Would recommend only if it's for one person. Very low ice input that is not very solid and has plastic odor.

this machine stopped working 3 months after buying. we did use it almost everyday for those 3 months. it stayed in one spot during those 3 MONTHS!!! just stopped working one day. not sure what the problem was and i didnt bother trying to contact customer service. maybe i had a dud...wouldnt buy again.

I received the ice maker, got it ready with anticipation, plugged it in and turned it on. OOPS!!! It won't even turn on!! What a dud and disappointment. I wouldn't bother with this ice maker. Buy a different brand!
