Molly's Suds Natural Liquid Laundry Detergent | High Efficiency (HE) | Citrus Grove - 100 Loads

My order arrived damaged with the lids on both my laundry detergent and fabric softener broken. Much of both products were spilled out in the box which then leaked onto my coffee table. I contacted customer support and they offered to send out a replacement. They said it would be sent that day or the following day. That was over 2 weeks ago. I never received the replacement. I've attempted to contact customer support regarding the replacement, but no one will reply. I love the detergent and the fabric softener, but the company is failing in the customer service department. It's very expensive product, so when I lose a significant amount due to damage in shipping, I should be compensated by replacement or refund. When I'm told this will happen and then get ghosted by the company, it's very disappointing.

Ever since I was pregnant, I live by this laundry soap. It has no harsh chemicals. I use it for our laundry and our babies laundry and I don't have to use two separate laundry soaps because it's safe ingredients. My baby never gotten a rash or any allergic reaction to this soap. It is a 10 out of 10.

I still use this and I find it works better than I expected. The clothes smell and look clean and I feel good about using it.

Fragrance is amazing! And the ingredients are just the best for everything!!

Awesome natural laundry detergent. Great for sensitive skin.

I actually use the recommended amount and the marked cap. It works and lasts a long time.

Good product wanted less chemicals

I was disappointed to receive such a small quantity for so much money. There are other brands that offer the same benefits for much less.

Great detergent I feel good for using. My husband and son have multiple allergies and they have no problem with it.

Purchased 5 bottles that were all shipped in the same box and everyone of them was damaged. Half of the detergent had spilled out and all caps were broken off. After weeks of waiting for a response they would not refund or send new product. They only wanted to give a 30 % discount towards a future purchase. With that type of customer service you can say we will not be purchasing it again as we did like the product. If you are going to sell online and ship then stand behind the shipment. Its been a hassle to use with smashed bottles.
