these worked amazing for my milk supply and helped with my lactation. the smell of the pills are bad but they work amazingly.

My wife loves them. within one hour she produces 2-4 more ounces then she does without it.

I have been taking Mommy's Bliss Postnatal Support, Lactation + Probiotics Capsules, for about a week now. I must say, I am extremely pleased with my results! This is my second time around, breastfeeding baby number two, and my body was having a hard time keeping up my milk supply. I have tried a few different supplements to no avail. Since I found these, however, my milk supply has increased already. I really like the fact that I don't have to take so many capsules. With Mommy's Bliss I take up to 6 capsules a day, with other supplements I have tried, I was taking around 14 capsules. I am so happy I found these and will continue to take them until we are done nursing. I highly recommend these to any mom out there who needs a little extra support in the milk production area!

I like this postnatal support lactation probiotics because unlike some vitamins or medicine, this has no unwanted smell at all. It is very easy to swallow. I took it once a day. I really cannot explain how well does it works on the milk production but it gives me a feeling that it work on some point. I recommend.

The Mommy's Bliss Postnatal Support, Lactation + Probiotics Capsules say are small and easy to swallow but that's not accurate for me. I find them big and it has activated lactation but not to much and personally I need additional tea with the same ingredients. It has regulated me Abit from the probiotics and eased being nauseous at times. It's ok but would have liked a smaller design for capsules. Simple ingredients.

Does not work to produce more milk this product decreased my supply to barely just 1 oz per session every 3 hours

I only took these twice. Only because I was trying to pump and strictly give my son breast milk. (He was born May 27th 2023). Im a First Time Mom. Once I started taking just a single capsule I realized my milk supply dropped honestly. Less than a few hours AFTER taking a single capsule. Definitely isn't the product for me, but every body is different ladies!! In the end I decided to stick to strictly formula anyway..I did try to pump and etc but just not my thing.

This was a bad product to try in my experience. First, I am pretty confident that it actually decreased my supply within a day or so. My breasts stayed soft and didn't seem to be producing as they were before so I guess my supply was fine before after all. Then I started experiencing painful letdowns every time which felt like shooting and burning pain in my nipples for at least 10 seconds. This was happening more frequently but yet it seemed the milk supply in my breasts was low. The worst side effect was the gastrointestinal upset….it gave me diarrhea, gas, other bad GI side effects I won't mention. I took this product for 4-5 days and only one capsule a day before stopping. After stopping, everything seemed to resolve and go back to normal. Total waste of money for me and made me realize there wasn't a need in trying to up my supply since apparently it was 100x better without this junk plus the side effects for me were awful. I totally do not recommend. Something is off about this product.
