these worked amazing for my milk supply and helped with my lactation. the smell of the pills are bad but they work amazingly.

My wife loves them. within one hour she produces 2-4 more ounces then she does without it.

First of all, I love that these are Vegan & Vegetarian, and have no dairy, no gluten, no soy either. I feel these are supporting my breastfeeding efforts. They are easy to take and have no aftertaste. They are working great for me and I highly recommend them!

Very nice quality crushed seed ingredients. They ferment the healthy flora in our gut and digestive tract.the ancient same seeds the ancient Romans chewed on to stay healthy is still in style! After taking Mommy's Bliss Lactation + Protibiotics supplement for a few weeks, I did notice a slight increase in my breastmilk supply! I'm sure everybody will have a different response but it seemed to help me. I did not notice any difference in my GI system from the probiotics, but am also aware the the effect my be subtle or may need more time to make a notable difference. What I liked about these capsules compared to other brands I've tried is that they aren't too big and thus are easier to swallow. They also don't have a strong odor which I've experienced with other lactation products. Overall, I had a good experience taking this supplement.

The Mommy's Bliss Postnatal Support, Lactation + Probiotics Capsules say are small and easy to swallow but that's not accurate for me. I find them big and it has activated lactation but not to much and personally I need additional tea with the same ingredients. It has regulated me Abit from the probiotics and eased being nauseous at times. It's ok but would have liked a smaller design for capsules. Simple ingredients.

Not helpful

These capsules contain fenugreek which can be harmful to the breastmilk supply and raise blood pressure. They did not help my supply and I actually pumped 2 more ounces the day I quit taking them. They're also very unpleasant to swallow and have a bad taste.

Does not work to produce more milk this product decreased my supply to barely just 1 oz per session every 3 hours

This was a bad product to try in my experience. First, I am pretty confident that it actually decreased my supply within a day or so. My breasts stayed soft and didn't seem to be producing as they were before so I guess my supply was fine before after all. Then I started experiencing painful letdowns every time which felt like shooting and burning pain in my nipples for at least 10 seconds. This was happening more frequently but yet it seemed the milk supply in my breasts was low. The worst side effect was the gastrointestinal upset….it gave me diarrhea, gas, other bad GI side effects I won't mention. I took this product for 4-5 days and only one capsule a day before stopping. After stopping, everything seemed to resolve and go back to normal. Total waste of money for me and made me realize there wasn't a need in trying to up my supply since apparently it was 100x better without this junk plus the side effects for me were awful. I totally do not recommend. Something is off about this product.
