Mommy's Bliss Postnatal Lactation Support + Probiotics, Breastfeeding Supplement, 60 Capsules

These capsules contain fenugreek which can be harmful to the breastmilk supply and raise blood pressure. They did not help my supply and I actually pumped 2 more ounces the day I quit taking them. They're also very unpleasant to swallow and have a bad taste.

The Mommy's Bliss Postnatal Support, Lactation + Probiotics Capsules say are small and easy to swallow but that's not accurate for me. I find them big and it has activated lactation but not to much and personally I need additional tea with the same ingredients. It has regulated me Abit from the probiotics and eased being nauseous at times. It's ok but would have liked a smaller design for capsules. Simple ingredients.

So I got these hoping that they would help with my supply so I could start pumping more in an effort to wean. However that was not the case. I've actually noticed that I've been producing less milk so I stopped taking them. And now I'm working on getting my supply back to normal.

I have been taking Mommy's Bliss Postnatal Support, Lactation + Probiotics Capsules, for about a week now. I must say, I am extremely pleased with my results! This is my second time around, breastfeeding baby number two, and my body was having a hard time keeping up my milk supply. I have tried a few different supplements to no avail. Since I found these, however, my milk supply has increased already. I really like the fact that I don't have to take so many capsules. With Mommy's Bliss I take up to 6 capsules a day, with other supplements I have tried, I was taking around 14 capsules. I am so happy I found these and will continue to take them until we are done nursing. I highly recommend these to any mom out there who needs a little extra support in the milk production area!

I only took these twice. Only because I was trying to pump and strictly give my son breast milk. (He was born May 27th 2023). Im a First Time Mom. Once I started taking just a single capsule I realized my milk supply dropped honestly. Less than a few hours AFTER taking a single capsule. Definitely isn't the product for me, but every body is different ladies!! In the end I decided to stick to strictly formula anyway..I did try to pump and etc but just not my thing.

These are capsules so they are not too difficult to swallow, I love the fact that I am getting support with probiotics and with lactation. I do not know if they actually work I think I will have to take them for a while to see the difference but so far so good.

First of all, I love that these are Vegan & Vegetarian, and have no dairy, no gluten, no soy either. I feel these are supporting my breastfeeding efforts. They are easy to take and have no aftertaste. They are working great for me and I highly recommend them!

I love the look of the Mommy's Bliss Postnatal Support Lactation and Probiotics Capsules bottle, the cap has a wooden look, very classy! It's also still a child-proof cap, which is great. The capsules are very easy to take with a cup of water, no issues, and I like that they contain the perfect blend of milk making ingredients, such as milk thistle, fenugreek and blessed thistle to help support a healthy milk supply for my baby. The capsules also contain Lactospore probiotics for healthy digestion and to keep my immune system strong, which is nice, because it's really a two in one product, perfect for mom's like me. I take two capsules In the morning, at noon and in the evening, and I have noticed a slight increase in my milk production so far. The maximum recommended amount of capsules you can use per day is 7, according to the label. I like that there are no artificial flavors or colors, it's also dairy, soy and gluten free for those of you who have issues with them. I would recommend you give them a try!

These come in a screw top lid plastic container but with a lid decorated to appear like wood or bamboo which I thought was clever. It's a premium looking package. The contents are good, with enough capsules to last you a while and to get a good idea of whether the product helps you. While I didn't experience any noticeable changes to my body or self while taking these, I'd like to think they were providing my body with a small extra boost in vitamins and nutrients even if I can't see a difference. There were no side effects that I noticed either. I would recommend people try them if they are looking for something like this already, but it is not a product I would recommend people seek out as a requirement or necessity.
