They have many way's to have the light and the dimmer is super nice for late at night it goes well with my Pc and keyboard that have the RBG lights Over all awesome lights!
MONATER DOES IT AGAIN! GREAT PRODUCT.
App allows to make lights react to music
great addition to my collection
As my title suggests, there isn't much to say about these as it is pretty self evident what they do. I did think they would throw more light than they do but it turns out they are pretty dim. By themselves they would be pretty underwhelming but in addition to another led light-strip to provide more contrast and color they do O.K. They do not have a weighted base so it is easy to knock them over or out of alignment.
The colors and form factor are decent, but everything else is blah. I wasn't expecting much from these cheap lights in the first place, but the Monster Smart Lighting App is completely useless and will not pair with the lights (no matter what you do). Changing light modes thru the wired remote is the only way to operate them. I tried connecting to the lights via the app and just Bluetooth on various devices (including two different phones - one Android and one Apple) and the lights don't even appear as an option on ANY device. Seems like the folks at the Monster factory forgot to enable Bluetooth or never installed the Bluetooth in the lights at all. Spend about $10-12 more and by yourself some Govee light bars instead (if you actually want fully functioning Smart Lights with a decent app).
I have it attached to headboard area and use it for a weak reading light. If you are looking for drama this is not it. If you want a light that is just a background color, not an actual light where u can see, this would work
While it does what it says that it does, it is extremely lightweight to the point that if you don't mount it, the weight of the built in controller will pull it off of the desk. It is easy to knock over as well. I ended up having to get two sides mounting tape and had to mount it on the back of my monitor, then had to use the two sided tape to tape the wire to the monitor, and the built in controller to the light bar. The app on your mobile phone does control the device well but you can see the led lights through the plastic and it looks generic. pointing them sideways, facing each other helps , or pointing it away from you towards the wall helps but looking it face on looks bad.
Use antiquated technology to connect. No matter what you try it will not connect to the mobile app. Device not found messages. I’m pretty good with technology 35 years in that field and I could not get the device to work. Even set my home WiFi to only use 2.4GHz and it would not work. Save your money and buy another product.
I will be returning these lights not what I expected
