He has stated that it seems a little loose and moves up or down when I hit a bump. We did adjust it and it seems to be working well. This product is a good product but it is NOT universal at all, I bought this to use in a 2020 Ram 2500 and it is too big to fit between the head rest.

Very decent if you have a screen protector, I wouldn't recommend using it by the holder is squeezing your tablet. It will crack. Other than that works very fine.
