Best pillow ever for neck issues. Great quality and slept through the night for the first time in months. No issues upon waking as I usually have. Price is excellent! I've tried many different styles and shapes and none are as comfortable as this one.

I frequently have lite headedness due to Vertigo and using this pillow has helped me wake up in the morning with no dizziness, I have seen this type of pillow online and they were too expensive so I checked Walmart and they had a similar pillow so I ordered it and found they were just as good.

I was hesitant to purchase this pillow, but I was desperate for relief. The first night was pretty good, far exceeding my expectations, but the second night was the polar opposite. We have an adjustable bed, and I realized the head of the bed was elevated too much, which caused my head to be pushed too far forward. Once the bed was readjusted, it's been really good and worth the purchase. My only truly negative comment is I wish it were a little softer. Another issue is finding a suitable pillowcase that stays on; I haven't succeeded so far.

Wonderfully comfortable pillow. My wife has MS and stays in a hospital bed at home. But beause of the tilt of the bed, all other pillows slide arounx and her head comes off the pillow. But this pillow remains in place, probably due to the slight depression it has. She gets a more restful sleep now. She loves it.

received mines about a week ago. the first night I was waking myself up like what's about to start hurting, my neck or shoulders lol but my energy was still good the next day the next night went smooth and so forth still . I have no complaints. no smell. it's just the right amount of plush/firm for my sleeping style. I plan to get one as a gift to my family member.

Pillow is comfortable and works pretty well. I had problems with the zipper multiple times and reached out to support for help with no resolution. I was asked to send pictures and they provided recommendations which worked once but now the zipper is stuck so the cover is pretty much useless. The cover also has bad pilling issues so that requires regular maintenance as well. Not a bad product but cannot recommend due to the quality issues. Hopefully they will improve the quality in the future.

I loved this pillow at first. After a month of use though the center has permanently sunk in and I wake up numerous times at night and in the morning with a neck ache. I'm on the search again for a better quality, every night use cervical pillow for side sleepers. This is not a good pillow for every night long term use

I read the reviews and looked at the size and thought this pillow would work for my sleeping, but when I got it the size is incorrect and it is so uncomfortable it looks like a child's pillow. After 3 days it never got to 26" in size ( King size) as stated.

I ordered and payed for two pillows one black and one gray. Got charged for them on my debit card and only received the black one. Walmart ripped me off. So yes bad review for Walmart and the Seller.

pillow is to low. when I propped it on another pillow it slides off. see the photos my original pillow is as high as is needed for my comfort.
