Mother Earth Groundswell Performance Soil, All-Purpose Potting Soil for Root Growth, 8 qt.

I have over 100 indoor houseplants of various varieties, and this is the only potting soil that I use. It smells wonderful, is very easy to work with, and my plants love it. For some varieties of plants, I'll add orchid mix or perlite. This soil blends beautifully with those additions. No surprise gnat infestations with this soil either (unlike Miracle Grow). For those fragile little 2%23 plant orders thru the mail that require potting on arrival: this soil is perfect.

All my houseplants love this soil. Hoyas, philodendron, monstera and more! It is loaded with nutrients and food. Its great for germinating and it can be used for mushrooms! It doesn't shock me with any weeds growing. I have transferred dozens of plants to new pots using this and each and every one of them is happy and healthy. I even use this with a mixture of other soil additives for my succulents. I'm nwvwr disappointed.

This is a great mix. I used it yo prepare the beds for my hens and chicks. Added perlite and pine bark for the complete mixture. Topped the finished product with pra gravel to protect the plants from getting wet soil touching them and causing rot. This is a high quality cactus succulent mix. Works great for prepping your yard or planters for hens and chicks.

I bought this for my sunflowers that I grew indoors and I was blown away. I've never seen premade soils with chunky perlite! I could probably use this for my Crotons amd Scindapsus plants. Maybe even my Philodendrons as well. Also, love the bag design. I do wish it was a resealable bag but the bag is sturdy.

My plants are loving this soil. It's rich and seems to give them what they need and reduced my root rot rate drastically. It seems to be easier on plants when being repotted than other brands I tried. Would definitely recommend to all my plant lovers out there!

I am now on my 3 rd bag of this product. I have used it on everything from fruit trees to berry bushes to house plants. This is a premium soil mix. I have been a plant lover for many years and this soil get's high marks from me, in this competative market.

I'm not very experienced with plants, but this potting soil has worked great for me. It has a fresh, airy texture and retains moisture nicely. It arrived in excellent condition, with no mold or unpleasant smells.

This soil helped with added nutrient to the root system of my four Big Boy tomato plant's I started from seeds. Thank you for the extra healthy antidote to my plant's!!

Pure garbage.!!!! Pure waste of money!!!!! You are paying for 8 quarts of soil and receiving half of the soil's weight as small pebbles. I had to sift thru the mix to get useable soil and was not able to return to the store. DO NOT waste your money on this bag of rocks!!!!

II stoped using Miracle Grow Potting Soil just this Spring. Will right a review why. I was in Walmart looking for Some a Different type of potting soil. Even though pricey for 8 quarts, I absolutely Loved this Brand. My plants never grew so good. When I do delivery I started ordering it due to its high quality. So, what happened? I opened one of the two bags. ( I am making potted plants for gifts, ( having a Girls Party Sunday) I open one bag and stared pouring it into a terracotta pot. It is nothing but very large chunks of the Puma they add in it. I poured the bag entire bag into a large container I use for potting. Entire bag is nothing but the large chunks of Puma. Posting picture! So, I opened the second bagI have, and darn, its the same way. In my desperation I actually got my colander, to try to salvage some soil. No way. Now, I am going t have to go to the Nursery tomorrow and by there products, (way over priced) but I know this will not happen. A big damper on my day tomorrow! I needed to get these all completed tonite!
