Mother nature organics is where I buy most of my carrier oils,blackseed oil included!! I've been doing some research and decided I wanted to take internally as well. I read how the taste detoured some,and I'm already stomach sensitive, and have mild nausea periodically. With that said I looked for mother nature organics capsules and of coarse they have them bc they are most definitely the goat!! Years ago when I started my Healthcare journey, trying to become pro learning the difference from real and fake supplements, ingredient list,license and lab testing organic,easily sourced,replicate, and with so many brands and choices out today,it's over and underwhelming trying to make choices that best suit your needs,especially when so many companies aren't honest about organic ,natural / auyervedic products that include harmful ingredients, yet you pay extra for the organic stamp!! You must do your research!! My tried and true brand was mother nature organics, so I went with them bc I trust their products, their customer service reps care about the customers ,of the years the minor incidents I encountered, were kindly and promptly fixed,almost 6 years later and they are not the only company I go to bc I have found other things I was looking for in other brands, ones that don't carry the same product Olas mno, but they have remained %231 for myself, my children husband and the %231 place I refer to others,any chance I get. Last time I chose the 1,000 mg capsules ,and this time I'm going to order the 2,000 mg ones, which would be equal to the 2 a day dose of 1,000 mg I first ordered. Except I plan to stay at 2,000 and just take one a day this time,I feel good at this dose and don't want to chance messing that up. I believe there's 2% thymoquinone in it ,I did see a company on Amazon with 20% ,but I don't know if that high amount compared to all other companies is one: naturally sourced or is there ad ons in it,is it dangerous at 20 idk ,but I opted out of being the Guinea pig for now at least especially bc there were only like 5 reviews if I remember correctly. MNO is organic,usda,they have amazing carrier oils ,I've stood by for almost 6 years, I'm just a mom of 4,with a family of 6 ,my husband and I,on a quest for good health the way God intended, and I'm proud to say mother nature organics is apart of that journey, a great part as a matter of fact. So nuly noted ,I will be a lifetime customer so long as the quality of both the products and CS are as exceptional as it is now!! I just wish they didn't quit making the 32 oz jars of everything, bc I loved buying in bulk better,my only conned part of feed back would be please bring back the giant Jars😁 by the way,love Walmart carries it bc shipping is fast and free!!

The advertisement claims 1,000 mg but you got to read it close because it's 500 mg tablets capsules You got to take two of them

The Black Seed Oil, Organic Cold Pressed, is a Blessing. My body is thanking me for it, as I had lacked certain Vitamins.

It is a good quality Black seed oil. I have been taking it for 3 months, I do notice I feel better when taking it. I will need to see my next blood test results to see if there are improvements there.
