Overall satisfaction - The big box my 4 items were shipped in had a lot of granular gravel strewn throughout the box. Gravel pieces were so small that they were also in the boxes of the items I ordered. Though the Motions relaxer boxes were sealed with some type of adhesive, the gravel was so small that it may its way into them also. Very frustrating to deal with the mess of your employees!!!!
