Easy to use just open the pouch add hot water stir close the pouch repeat wait 5 minutes after each stirring. I like them in fact I bought 3 and they taste good especially when you do not have power to cook they are worth having. The container is also good for storing without worry.

No need to prepare, its quick and easy with Mountain House. A little of something for everyone when your camping.

I have had some nasty MREs in the past. But these are actually good. I will give them a little extra time to make sure they fully absorb the water but they come out tasting good with a good texture not mushy not overdone or underdone..

It's not like a home cooked meal. I typically have to add seasonings to make it a bit yummier but the convenience and use when you need a hot meal to take with you and make on the go/camping and such is great!

Emergency food for at least one meal during times when you run out of food. Most dishes were okay. Beef stroganoff has the best flavor. Except it gets watery toward the end of the meal. Fried rice was blah…beef stew needs a lot of work, was edible, peas were chewy, no flavor, and it was mushy. The rice and beef stew, I would not buy single items of this stuff. The granola was okay, will get it without blueberries next time. They were chewy and empty skins.

have not tried yet was bought for emergency prepping. After looking at other product reviews this product had the best for taste, value and preparation. Will give better review after trying the products.
