I'm glad I got the 120 capsule bottle of these vitamins and minerals, as they are close to 100% of the RDA. This is much better than other companies who go overboard with their vitamins, having 200% or more of the RDA. Taking 2-3 capsules or having to buy every month is not necessary with this product, and the ingredients are of excellent quality.

I have found Moxyvites to be the most suitable brand for daily use. It provides a good balance of nutrients without excessive doses. However, I would like to see more copper and zinc, and less vitamin D. On certain days, I supplement my diet with additional vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients to customize my dosage. Other brands I have tried have huge doses of certain vitamins, and nothing of others. Those who are conscious of their diet will likely appreciate the Moxyvites brand.
