Mr. Heater Big Buddy Heater

Indoor / outdoor backup house heater if electric goes out this bad boy can safely put out some heat 3 setting 4,000, 9,000, 18,000 BTU turn it up high to get it warm then turn it down to conserve fuel easily goes camping or fishing cozy tent heater.

it's the 2nd one I've bought. I use it to heat my houseboat, and in the dead of winter, like today, it's 12°F -1°F with the wind-chill! I have it on low and I'm in a T-shirt, comfortable as can be! It's very simple to start, just turn a knob basically. Very safe as well! I'm amazed how it produces really good heat, unless you or something flammable is directly in front or above it, it's no worry! I can put my hand below, behind, either side, even above the 2nd heating element, which only lights on high, I can leave it there for however long, but 2 inches to the left it'll burn my hand! That's great for using in smaller spaces like boating or camping!

the heater and accessories arrived promptly with no shipping charges. the heater works as advertised, and the convenience of using the hose to connect to a 20 LB tank is more than worth the price. the heater will be used as heat on the patio and is an important emergency backup. this heater works as well as my first Mr. Heater still working after 15 years.

works great, got this as a backup in case of power outage. It took a little bit to get the air bled out, but once I got it done, it fired right up. The built in fan works, but really doesn't move much air, although some air movement is better than none.

I Love this Heater ,This is a Great Propane Heater it really heat up the Rooms it has a place for 2 Fuel Keg ,it has a Fan on it and it has 3 speeds Low, Medium and High . It also has 2 Hot Plates on it . When you turn the heater on low 1 hot plate will heat up , and when you turn it on High both Hot plates will heat up.. This is the Best Heater to invest in.

It is neither underwhelming, nor overwhelming, but providing of an adequate amount of whelm. It's really stupid that it doesn't come with the 6 V AC adapter, as it would deplete the D cell batteries in it a lot faster then what it's output suggests. The fan is quiet, but if you are expecting it to throw heat like a tube heater, you would be disappointed. Regardless, it's a good way to heat your garage and not die of carbon monoxide poisoning.

propane gets costly, it takes quite a bit to run it for long durations. some of the directions were a bit confusing. overall once you figure it out and can afford the propane it works pretty well. i do believe it was over priced, but i bought it when it was freezing out and heaters are a necessity. obviously i purchased it in season so it was at its highest price which was barely affordable for an already struggling me whos heater wasnt working and HAD to purchase something to keep me somewhat thawed out.

The BigBuddy heater doesn't come with the hose, or fuel filter to operate on 10lbs propane tanks. These parts are out of stock nationwide at Walmart. It should be pointed out in LARGE PRINT, that this box isn't all you need. Went to Farmers Supply and bought what you're manager Dennis couldn't. I'am not happy. 2Days later my garage has heat. Never again.

For the heat and price. I would have just purchased two of the smaller My Buddy heater's.! Less fuel use, and would cover more heating with more folks around. You can buy the two heaters for the price of this ONE PRO heater. it does well but nothing like two of the original small heaters do. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND PURCHASE TWO ONE BURNER HEATERS!!! FOR LESS OF THE PRICE AS THIS ONE.. THANK ME LATER

this heater can't be trusted. the pilot works fine, but the tiles won't light. I tried to buy one last year and the first one I bought did the SAME thing!! I exchanged it and the second one worked fine. 3 year warranty is a joke. didn't ever count on the working for more than 1 year. I won't give it any more chances.
