What I liked about this product was just how quickly you really do start to get relief I choose this every time it is quite reliable and comes in different kinds to suit whatever ails you sore throat, chest congestion, cough, cold or flu it's great!

The taste is TERRRRIBLE but I rather taste the menthol for a few mins because this stuff is very good!! Sore throat congestion and coughing stopped after just a few minutes of taking it. I'll deal with the bitter taste for that outcome.

It stopped my cough within 10 min., and lasted between 4 to 6 hrs it lastedto the 6 hrs if I didnt talk It soothes your throat but the taste is rough I thought till I tried Equare cough syrup the one that says its ompared tp Mucinex butit does work good for about 3 hrs and its the most bitter tasting cough syrup ive ever taken but its $5.00 cheaper but i went back to My Municex its not thr hest tasting but its the BEST

This helped tremendously with my bronchitis it cleared up my chest and helped me breathe with relief and eased my cough.

This product is pricey for not to show or give any relief. The taste is horrible almost taste like some form of metal. Quality to me is based on the relief that I get from taking a medication. It did not help any.
