The liquid gels were easy to swallow and started helping within about 30 minutes. They really helped relieve my congestion, cough, headache, and body aches so I could actually get through the day without feeling miserable. One thing I liked most was that it didn't make me extremely drowsy like some other cold medicines. I was still able to function and sleep comfortably at night. The only downside is the capsules are a little large, but that's pretty common with liquid gels.
