Satisfied and safer
I like that the caplets are smaller than the last ones I got-(Spirit 360). I couldn't swallow one of theirs and had to cough it back up. Thankfully I was able to.

Economical. Relieves congestion.
Like the oblong so I can easily separate for swallowing. Drink with 8oz of water to prevent burning sensation.
