It works well for me. It keeps my hips stable so my back doesn't hurt. I wear it all day at work.

This Muller Green Adjustable Back and Abdominal Support, one size fits all is just what I needed. I have to move my patient from the bed to chair and back again during the day. It was a stain on my back. Now that I have this back support, I can really say I barely feel the wait when I move my patient. It absently helps a whole lot.

I liked how when you cinched the belt it felt wonderful. I loved it so much I gave mine to my younger sister because her back was hurting. She loved it. I then bought another one for myself. My older sister displayed bent over back pain, so I gave her my belt. I then bought me another one. I saw my neighbor mowing her grass all bent over so I did it again and gave up my belt to her. They all loved their belt. I am now finally buying my last belt, for myself.

I injured my rib and this belt gives me a big relief! It is comfortable and takes the pressure off of the pain and I can wear it all day, especially when working and cannot tell it is on. And it gives 'quick' relief! You can wear it under anything....... I am going to order another just so I can keep a spare. You can't go wrong with this belt and the price is right!

It gives great support to my back! I am a senior who had injured my back doing Tae Bo. I also had to clean out my garage and storage shed for an inspection around the same time. This belt saved me! It is easily adjustable, so I could gauge how much support I needed and set the tightness accordingly. It's also very high quality and well made. More than worth the money!

Great quality, no instructions provided though. Has a nice cinch and gives good support. Not useful for my purpose, though. I was trying to use it for an umbilical hernia support.

I've been wearing back braces for over 20 years since a major auto accident. This one is the easiest one to put on and to adjust. I can tighten it with just one hand and it stays in place as long as I'm wearing it.
