Mueller Reusable Cold/Hot Pack

I love the size of it, it freezes an heats well, and to my surprise, it also didn't turn rock hard, so it's really comfortable to use. Plus the price was affordable! I'm planning to purchase a few more soon now.

Works perfectly and forms to what ever body part you need. My husband just had neck spine surgery and they wanted heat on it. It brought such relief to his body.

These small ice packs are very handy to have in freezer, better than frozen peas!. i have arthritis so when something acts up like my wrist, knee or ankle I can sit down grab one with a cup of tea and 2 ibuprofen and let it do its soothing job. Feel much better 30 min later. Oh yes I almost forgot to mention perfect for a bad headache!

IT WORKED FOR WHAT I NEEDED IT FOR AT THE TIME. I FOUND IT WAS NOT EASY TO HEAT AS WELL AS I HOPED. I DID NOT USE IT VERY LONG.

I did like this pack but it was a little smaller than i wanted.

Kept heat well; Have not tried for cold, yet. Good value for price; Delivered timely.

warms up ok but best to flip it over when warming; I have not yet used it cold. To use it for a stye (eye) of course I had to wrap it carefully. The plastic wrap would feel better if it were covered with some sort of soft material. I the pack does its job o.k. but it's hard to be enthusiastic about it...

was hoping I could make it warmer

They do not stay cold more than 10 minutes. OK size for little bumps and bruises, but not big enough for back or wrapping around ligaments.
