We love Mueller's Egg Noodles, they are so easy to prepare and use in soups, goulashes, and stove top dishes. But as diets tend to change, we would very much like to see a lower-carb keto version from Mueller's, say in the 16-gram carbohydrate range. Currently we are using Carbe Diem for our pasta needs since it is the closest to regular high-carb non-keto pasta - it just takes a bit longer for al dente.
Muellers. Grew up on them. 60 years ago. Tuna noodle casserole. Ham and noodles. Just noodles. Many more recipes. Began cooking about 4-5 years old. All of us did. Thank you for the memories. Don't forget macaroni. Five years old, made from scratch.
Great price I use them all the time for my outreach when I am feeding the less fortunate this is my opinion pesinsia Lowery.
Used these for soup. Easy to use, easy preparation. Great taste, consistency and quality. Will purchase again when needed. Nice to have on hand when needed.
My go-to for chicken pot pie. My grandmother made ours, of course! The big thick squares. This is as close to it as I can find, it keeps texture well in a dish that will be reheated repeatedly.
semolina is no longer to be found in many brands... sadly great value is one such. Mueller is made with semolina and feels and tastes like it ..good brand.
I prefer the extra wide noodles to the thinner more generic ones. If I wanted think ones i would have got them at Aldi's that's all they have. Not in this brand though.
I was shocked to realize that these are not like the old school flat %26 wide egg noodles used to be. These are more like rotini noodles, just not quite as tight. Even the photo on the store ad still shows the old school slightly wavy noodles. Not sure when or why this changed or if it's a mistake at the factory. Back in my day, these noodles were wide and only slightly wavy, so it makes it kind of awkward in beef and noodles over mashed potatoes. I'll go back to “No Yolks Extra Wide Egg Noodles” and try again just to see if I'm being outdated about them now.
When I ordered this, I was expecting the flat egg noodles, however, it is actually more like a rotini noodle.
the noidles were not egg noodles they were spring noodles!! very disappointed
