Lowered my blood sugar
My blood sugar was creeping up and this lowered it back down to normal. You have to watch what brand you purchase. Some of them have lactose in them. This one does not so I always look for this brand.

to many shipping and delivery problems
the problem realy aint the product it is delivery and shipping it is problems with product being lost and have to reorder or broken or delayed with no reason and long wait time then it time to reorder.it even gets left at wrong address .delivery has more problems then should be. i dont know why they cant get it wright at least 50% of the time.

wrong item
i ordered my mom mulberry to help with blood sugar, but we got Turmeric pills!! we didnt realize and she opened it. wasted money.

Read the pros and cons and side effects
I did not re-search this product well enough until it arrives and based on reading the label and then re-searching I cannot use it it may be harmful to my health. I wish to return it. It may be fine for some people, but I don't care to risk it.
