gummies / lose wt.
i had little hope that these would do anything. But I was wrong. 1st day i didnt feel hungry at all. They leave it up to you, taking 1 or 2 gummies in the MORINING. I TAKE ONE (1) WHEN I GET UP. THE 2ND I take around 9 pm or bedtime. i always wake up at 4am. So that 2nd gummie helps me to NOT eat at 4am. Thats my habbit or was. i have Not done that since I started the gummies. PLUS THESE ARE A LOT CHEAPER THAN THOSE LIKE KELLY CLARKSON TOOK. I COULDN'T AFFORD THE AMOUNT YOU REALLY GET AND HOW SOON YOULL NEED TO REORDER. WHAT I GOT AT WALMART WAS A LOT MORE.

This was my first time purchasing acv gummies so I don't know how they compare to others but I can say these ones do work I have been taking them for 3wks and I have lost almost 10lbs for the first time in 3yrs I have been able to loose weight using these.

they taste good. tokk twice a day for slmost 2 months, and been fasting, also. I dudnt lise any weight.

Only took two doses two different times each time they upset my stomach severely. Probably not any good as a weight loss, thought different of maybe supplement since they had more than vinegar in them. Though it's probably vinegar that was upset in my stomach. Returning…….
