I tried other collagen pills capsules before and this is the only one so far that I have found that has a good quantity in the bottle. The quality is the same as the others I've taken, but I like the fact that I get more for my money.
i have been using these products for months and have seen remarkable results in my nails, skin and hair.
i take this primarily for knee osteoarthritis but have noticed my hairline filling in and also my nail as well as hair is growing faster.

Used 4 capsules a day in my coffee, so the flavor was coffee. Good value for money
they are good,but for me the pills are a little too big and i dont like that i have to take 3 each day
