this opener adapts to all sizes. Easy to use
Took a long, long time to receive. Walmart is dealing directly with China and there seem to be numerous delays in getting orders. The tool is light aluminum and seems flimsy. However it does work. It allows for 3 different size jar lids. It also has two tabs which I have no idea what such is for. Maybe prying? Wish it came with instructions or a diagram. Beware, now that Walmart deals directly with China, many instructions are written in Chinese. The adjustment for larger lid removal requires spreading your hands a distance. Thus small handed folk might have a problem. Overall it is just what I needed and works well for the job intended.
It's the best jar opener that I've had yet
Works great with small and normal sized jars and bottles (for example coca cola bottles, peanut butter, mayonnaise, mustard, pickle jars) I have to agree with other reviewers about the opener not being so great with trying to open a wide mouthed oversize jars (for example talenti gelato ice cream jar) the handles are to hard to hold together while holding the talenti gelato jar. For this reason I am giving 4 stars.
The only bolt on this item was loose and wobbly . I will be returning it to Walmart.
Although the design is exactly as described I don't recommend this for elderly women(unless they have big hands). I fitted the product on the lid but I couldn't get my hands to fit on the handles to turn the lid. To be fair my hands are small so I believe this product would be suited to someone with large hands.
I will be returning this item as it is not what I thought I ordered and when I tried it, I didn't like it.
The product never arrived, even though Walmart sent me an email saying that it arrived. When I contacted Walmart and also the seller to say that the item was never delivered, neither responded at all.
