My only issue is that one of the two blades came installed facing the wrong way. Probably just a manufacturing error and not how they're supposed to be made. Otherwise it chops really well and I can do 20 grapes in less than 30 seconds when it used to take me 2 minutes. Game changer!

Not impressed
The blades are very dull and you squish the grape before it even cuts it and then it just rips it apart because it's so dull.
