Multivitamin for Men - Multi Vitamins, Minerals- For Daily Energy, Brain, Heart & Eye Health - 120 Tablets

I have purchased multiple different multivitamins for my husband, age 60 , and he likes this one the best. He said he feels more energized than with the other vitamins I've purchased for a man his age. I always chose one with the methyl form of B12 as it's more bioavailable. The price is fair as well.

I like the fact that you have to take four a day. You can't get all that nutrition in just one or two tablets. That's exciting you need four to get all that nutrition. They could have made a one a day tablet but no they went the xtra mile to make sure you are fed all the proper nutrients your body is needing.

Whole Food Multivitamin for Men - 120 tablets ... Label suggests to take 2 tablets with breakfast and 2 tablets with dinner. I already take prescription medications twice a day, but will just take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening. Not expecting a miracle, but always hoping for the best.

We look for well-sourced, quality ingredients for our Supplements and these fit the bill. We've been taking them for about a month, now and continued through another bout of COVID, so we think their pretty good! Unfortunately, the dosage is 4 capsule/tablets and their pretty decent size. They do make ur pee neon yellow! LOL! Over all, a good investment in your health!

They take the safety of their product seriously. The bottle has a tamper-proof plastic seal around the neck and top of the bottle and a cardboard and foil lined seal on top of the bottle. The bottle contains cotton that I assume is to keep the pills from rattling around and being damaged. I tried to remove the top of the bottle without breaking the tamper-proof seal. I was pleased that I failed and the seal tore. If the enclosed cotton was to keep the pills from rattling around, it failed as the cotton was a barely there wisp of cotton. The pills appear quite sturdy and weren't damaged. The first thing I noticed when I opened the bottle was the scent. I haven't smelled it in years, but it smells like alfalfa pellets and the color is the same too. The directions on the back of the bottle recommend taking 2 twice a day with meals. They also refer to them as a supplement. There is such a long list of vitamins and minerals on the bottle that I needed a magnifying glass to read them. I think the long list of minerals is why they consider it a supplement rather than strictly a vitamin. I was a little concerned with the size and how easy (or hard) they would be to take. With a little water they were easy to take. On the bottle, they list them as support for: prostate, brain, heart, eye and gut health. Only time will tell as I continue to take them.

It had a good flavor and scent.

This is a very good product but it should have been packaged in a small glass bottle instead of plastic.

No one could take these terrible vitamins. The worst vitamins as far as smell ,taste and size . The dosage of 4 per day was unacceptable ! Never had the same problem with vitamins in the past . I lost my money and never even fried to get my money back. Never again will I waste my money and time on a dietary supplement again . Very disappointed ! 🤬
