The caplets have a just slightly unpleasant flavor, but they go down fast enough for it to not be a big issue. I like the comprehensiveness of the vitamins and minerals and the high percentages of the DVs. It even has the rarely included in a multi Vitamin K! And the count in this size bottle lasts 5 months so I don't have to replace it very often!

Got a five month supply for a fraction of the price of the 30 day bottles available at my grocery store. They best by date is way out into the future, so it's super fresh stock. I think they are good vitamins even if I can't say that I feel any immediate physical/mental differences…

Superb if you dont mind taking 4 horse pills every day,also they have probiotics,which is great but if you have not had any probiotics in the past, these will have a detoxing effect,but that too will pass great product for energy but again 4 huge pills every day is hard to swallow,but the bennefits are worth it

I think this vitamin is okay but I don't really feel or notice any difference between taking it and not taking it like I do with other multivitamins. I guess it is just an average experience. No noticeable positive benefits or negative ones for that matter.
