serious customer. I notice a very different improvement in my strength. I always keep records of my sets, reps and just the main process. I usually move up on weights fast, but before this my bench press was 180lb 4 sets of 9. I always move up on weights if I ever make it to 4 sets of 12... If i cant make it to 4 sets of 12 I stay on the same weights, until i conquer it. anyways I started taking this, and around day 7 I noticed I'm benching a lot easier on the record I had, so I just said " let's see what happens" so I added 20lb.... ( I usually only had 2.5lb whenever I move up ) I added 20lb just to feel more motivated. I ended up doing 4 sets of 10, 200lbs. I managed to lift 20lbs more with higher reps than I done last week. I haven't been doing anything else different? so I believe these pills might have something to do with it. Im not 100% sure, but I also see a different in other workouts... I definitely recommend giving it a try, for the price. 1 pill 45 minutes before workout, so 60 days to try out honestly ain't bad.

buy it for strength gains and hypertrophy.
works much better for me than creatine. take the pill about 30 to 45 minutes before you teain. my lifting gains have been incredible. i also atack with muscletech clear muscle. best hmb I've found. it works!!
