The computer also has a fast processor, plenty of storage space, and a sleek design. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

I've owned this computer for a little over a week, and this is my first real PC after upgrading from... a Mac Mini 😅. I've never experienced apps and games running this smoothly. The graphics are elite; I played Hogwarts Legacy on High settings and it didn't miss a beat or stutter once. Multitasking while watching videos or having multiple windows open is a breeze. Mine came with the RTX 3060, and the 12GB of VRAM is a major win for my budget. It handles all my current needs extremely well, especially for texture-heavy tasks. The build quality is awesome. Even for an inexperienced person like me, the setup was easy, and removing the glass panel to access the interior is a breeze. I swapped to 32GB of RAM, and that was a simple process (Note: Watch a quick Youtube video first. You only need to press the top tab down to free the RAM on this motherboard!). I love the rainbow colors of the fans, but I do wish it came with a pre-installed option to change the colors or turn them off. That is my only gripe, but I can solve that myself in the future. I do love the lights as they are for now though. For a first-time PC buyer who wants to game, run local AI chat bots, and potentially get into VR, I definitely recommend this PC. You can upgrade it later, although in my opinion, it's already a monster. I consider it a "Super PC" for the price. 10/10 would recommend to family or friends.

Arrived quickly and was fast to start up, but only because it already had a local admin account on the machine. Factory reset and reinstalled Windows. Benchmarks look good and overall the PC meets all expectations. The only cons I've found so far were in the picture attached, the aee through case siding was cracked when it arrived. Also, the presence of an administrator account on the PC is sketchy. I have noticed it stutters on occasion and freezes the frames while gaming for a brief second but it doesn't seem to cause any issues and is infrequent.

Just got it, runs great, haven't had any issues so far, I ran RE4 Remake for a bit, used some higher demanding graphics settings and it worked just fine. I just don't give it 5 stars cause I don't hand them out for anything.

I can't be bothered with the hassle of returns or exchanges—I'll just chalk it up to bad luck. Couldn't fragile parts like this be kept separately?

There isn't really enough space for more than a few games. The speed and rate is okay - however, we bought this in December of 25, it's not June of 26 and it's black out dead - no power and it's not useable. Can't even get it to turn on. Waiting to hear back from the manufacturer, but not much hope there. The lights are cool, that's about it.
