My Texas House Diamond Tufted Platform Bed is the fanciest, most luxurious bed I have ever owned, much less ordered online. The quality of this bed is way above my expectations and I am beyond satisfied. The bed came in two boxes and they are very heavy. I was very happy with how they were packaged to keep them protected during shipping. There were no marks or damage whatsoever. I opened these boxes where they were delivered and brought the pieces into my house to assemble. It took me about an hour to assemble and I did have to adjust the headboard up so my mattress would fit. My mattress is very deep and substantial and it wouldn’t even lay on the platform without me moving the headboard up several notches above what the directions stated. I did assemble this all on my own and it probably would have went together easier with a partner. It was not complicated and the directions were easy to follow. It is a solid bed and you will be very satisfied. The wooden feet on the bed really make for a nice detail, but I would make sure you put some sort of felt floor protector so the raw edges don’t damage your floor if you’re not putting it on carpet. The head board is luxurious and really makes a statement. I highly recommend.

All the necessary assembly parts were in the boxes; hardware included were Allen wrenches. The only other tool, not included, but needed, was a Phillips screw driver. Assembly time was one hour and forty minutes. It was used with, both, the box spring and the mattress; the height increased to thirty inches. Getting on the bed is easier with the height. The sleep was very comfortable. With sixteen slats across the bed frame, the support is adequate. The recommended weight support is five hundred pounds. The My Texas House Anna Upholstered Diamond Tufted Platform Bed provided an upgrade to a master bedroom. The headboard is upholstered in gray linen-like fabric; adorned with classic buttonless diamond tufting; coordinates well with walnut colored night stands. Complete or change the design in your bedroom. Enhance the calming mood you long for in the bedroom.

Really pretty piece and I think the price is a bargain compared to others I looked at. Fairly straightforward to put together. Seems solid and looks much more expensive than it was. I like that the headboard is adjustable to account for different heights of mattresses and I love that I don’t need a box spring. The linen fabric is very pretty. I also like the feet that match the nightstands. A nice elevated look over other platform beds.

This bed is everything I dreamed of and more. It is so aesthetically pleasing and sturdy! I waited for so long for this bed to come back into stock, and when it did I bought it immediately. The only downside I had when ordering this bed was that it ships in two separate boxes. The headboard comes in one box, and then all the framing and side rails and footboard come in another box. They don’t ship at the same time, and Walmart only gives you one tracking number and the tracking number is for the headboard. So I had a 24 hour freak out about where my box 2 of 2 was. It then arrived the next day.

For the price this is a very good bed. It looks nice, easy to assemble, well packaged. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the poor quality control. Three of the bed slats were cut too short so the mattress sinks a bit on my husbands side of the bed. So, right now I'm on my way to the store to buy three slats to replace the ones that are too short. And the other thing is that the front legs are of y different colors. One is really light and the other one is darker.

We were not the only ones to struggle to find the legs for the headboard and their location is not written in the instructions. When we were moving the pieces to pack them back up and return them, I found the secret zipper on the back of the headboard. The quality of this bed is below what I hoped for. It may make a good guest bed that does not get regular use. I ordered oat and it is definitely more of a gray. It isn’t an ugly color but not really what I wanted or what the pictures portrayed. If I had seen this bed in the store first then I probably would not have purchased it, even at the sale price. We are going to keep it just to avoid hassle of returning it, but expect to have to buy a better quality bed in a year or two. I give it 4 stars because the quality is not great and the color is not what was expected.

The bed is pretty nice. Easy to assemble for the most part. However, I ordered the oat color and it is 100% gray/silver. It’s not the light beige that’s pictured. My walls are painted Greige by Sherwin Williams, my lamps are an oat color (similar to what I expected the bed to look like) and the bed is a shiny silver. If it wouldn’t be such a ridiculous hassle to send back, I wouldn’t keep it. However, it’s in a guest room and I can deal. But buyer beware… the oat is not actually oat colored and the website photos are inaccurate.

I normally don't do reviews but it's been about a year and 3 months since I bought this bed so I feel like I should write a review. If you want to buy this bed don't. It doesn't hold up well. I'm having to buy a completely new bed frame because this one is causing my less than a year old mattress to sink in. The wood slats are bowing in and the metal legs are bending outwards. It's very upsetting because honestly buying a new bed frame isn't in our budget right now especially since this bedframe is only a year and three months old. So make sure you do a little bit of research before you buy this bed because honestly it hasn't worked out for us. I mean if you wanna buy a new bedframe in less than two years than this bed is for you or if you don't sleep in this bed and it's just a guest bed then go ahead and buy it but honestly, it isn't worth it.

Oat color is definitely more cool tone, almost thought I received the gray but can sometimes see some tan speckles throughout when you look close enough and if you have natural light. Has a silvery sheen even with the tan. Was not what I wanted for my beige bedroom but too big of a hassle to disassemble and return. Bummer.

I love the bed but I’m extremely upset that they chose to discontinue the other pieces that go with the bed. Now you can’t purchase the night stands or dresser that match the foot of the bed frame. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from a set where they discontinue pieces after such a short time. Or at least offer you to return the pieces you have after the return window so you can actually purchase a complete bedroom set
