Better Homes & Gardens Springwood Caning 3-Drawer Nightstand with USB, Light Honey finish

This furniture line is very solid. Well built, easy to assemble. I purchased two of these nightstands and love the extra drawer space that they provide.

Nice nightstand. Plenty of room and seems to be decent quality furniture as far as look and make. The USB-C port on the back of the nightstand (which was one of the reasons i purchased it) does not work. The other ports do work, just not the one i planned on using. Keep that in mind when purchasing.

These nightstands look nice but have some issues. First, they take a lot of effort to put together and are very heavy; so if possible, I highly recommend putting them together in the room you want them. Second, the drawers can be very hard to open because you have to make sure the other drawers are closed fully in order to open the other. It's a safety precaution but can be very annoying. Third, one of the handles has already broken making it difficult to effectively use the drawer. So, although these nightstands look good from afar, they have a few issues that should make you take pause before purchasing. I think the best thing these nightstands have to offer is the built-in power outlet so you can charge your phone and other devices easily. Just make sure to follow the directions carefully so that you build the nightstand correctly and put this on the TOP so it's actually useful. ;)

Item looks good and is very sturdy once built. It's more of a light brown instead of the bright light honey color the photos would have you believe. Instructions were easy to follow but was hard to assemble by myself, so recommend having someone help. Exterior packaging was good and interior of the box contained enough foam to protect the contents from outer damage. I am disappointed with how the box was packaged, all the pieces were on top of each other with no protective layers in-between, causing scuffs and scratches before I even took them out of the box. I bought two and both arrived with similar packaging. Overall would recommend due to the quality for the price, just be sure to take a close look at the contents before you start assembling.

Only thing that is disappointing is that the USBC and USB outlets do not work on both of the nightstands I purchased.

Arrived damaged, customer service made promises they didn't fulfill, product continued to prove defective throughout assembly, customer service once again proved difficult and offered inadequate remedy.

We were missing the threading in the dresser to be able to assemble the leg and the o Lu option that was given was to disassemble to whole thing and return it to the store. This box originally was so heavy my husband couldn't even lift it there was no way we could get it back to the store. Now we're stuck with one dresser that is missing a leg for $200

After paying to have it put together, I was excited to use it. I placed items in the top drawer…nowhere near enough to cause it to get stuck. Yet, when I tried to open it up, the he drawer was stuck. I can't do anything to get it open. While attempting the handle came off in my hand. I still can't get it open. I paid $200, had it together for less than a month, and it no longer has a handle…and the drawer is still stuck.

The holes are not wide enough for the screws. The screw are too short for the holes. Poorly made. A gust of wind would blow it over.

This night stand and matching dresser have malfunctioning pieces that keeps the dresser drawers from opening and closing correctly. They are garbage and I'm disappointed that I wasted money on these.
