Very light weight for a 3 ton jack! Used it to change 4 tires on a 9000 lb camper, did EXCELLENT!!! Great item to keep for car/truck and camper!

Is this the best, most easy to use floor jack on the market? No. Was it ridiculously expensive? Also no. This is a heavily constructed beast -- once it's on the floor, you won't want to be picking up often. It rolls okay, Lifts smoothly if with somewhat more effort than more expensive units. Handle is sturdy although it does not lock into engagement with the jack, so you can't really use it to pull the jack anywhere. Nice lifting range meant it worked equally well on a lowered sports car and a tallish SUV. Has a flat rubber lifting pad which I like since I use a pinch weld puck whenever lifting a unibody vehicle. Overall decent value for the money. I got mine on Black Friday sale with free delivery, making it an even better bargain.

This product might just be defective. Anyway you look at it, product is bad. I tried to use and wouldn't tighten up enough to where the hydraulic jack would lift the car and when I was able to get valve closed enough, to where the jack would lift the auto. It would still leak off and car would lower. I had to use channel locks to turn handle to lower jack. This is a bad jack

The Jack came and the box was beat up fairly badly. There was a bag of what I assume was parts that was empty. A snap clip sat at the bottom of the box and I still haven't figured out where it goes. First time I used it, the jack slipped and caused serious damage to my vehicle. The handle doesn't lock into the jack so you can't pull it around by the handle. Not impressed so far.

I didn't receive my item, driver couldn't carry it to the door so he left it on the main street and someone took it.

Place an order and one of my orders went another address. It was stated the address wasn't traceable which meant someone stole my order. Anyway I did get a refund in timely manner.

Plate holder on Jack does not hold very well plate holder smaller than I thought even though the price was lower than original still should've been half of that price for this jack
