The unit is perfect size ,light weight simple to use I used it to jump friends diesel truck and it did exactly that no hesitation whatsoever and on the first attempt started right up. This little box is something I have needed and wanted for a while. I have been having trouble with my CRV, which is sometimes not starting, and this sweet thing never disappoints.

I have had to use both air %26 jump function already. The jump is great. The air function it gets very hot at the connection point and along the hose. Poor little compressor is working hard. I just hope that's all that, easy to give it a break before something worse happens if it gets too hot.

My wife was having occasional starting issues (leaving small lights on overnight) and I wanted a portable device for a quick start. Keep in mind we live in Wisconsin and this was used in the coldest of late fall. When fully charged at 4 bars it cranked the engine enough to start it on the first try, It was advertised as providing enough starting power for 3-4 starts. With 3 bars on a cold day it wouldn’t turn the engine (lots of short-term solenoid clicking for sure). Even fully charged you only got one shot to get the car started as 1 attempt was all it had on a cold day. To be fair the battery service we ordered later needed their mega-amp box to do the job after trying a smaller amp box. This particular size might be OK in temporate weather, but sketchy in the cold for the starting function.

Received the jump starter with a fully charged battery. Works perfectly , so much easier than maneuvering another car into position and running jumper cables.
