I got this for my elderly mother who can't get much exercise otherwise. She had something like it that was way more expensive than this and she didn't like it so it never got used. She loves this! She pedals away on it daily! Infact her walking has gotten better since she started doing it!

I love the thing, but didn't buy for me tho I may end up with it. Bought for dad cause he doesn't get up move around a lot. He not int it. But I am having knee surgery and l believe it will be good before and after for me

it didn't work out of the box would not keep track of steps it works fine but doesn't keep track of the steps or minutes they refunded my money

the same probably weighs 40 lb if not 50 my wife can't pick it up I can barely pick it up and I'm in pretty good shape for 68 year old man it's going back to the store they should have made it lighter definitely would not buy it again and definitely would not recommend it it is heavy unless you can keep it one spot which we can't.

To begin with, the distance walked, wasn't measured in standard mileage. I'm really not sure what measurement was used. I know on other ellipticals I have used, I can generally walk at least 5 miles in an hour. On this one, after walking 64 minutes, it registered .797, which I don't understand. But after using this elliptical for a little over 2 months, it started making an awful noise, and became almost impossible to operate. I could barely make the pedals move, even when set to lowest resistance. Unfortunately, it was just past 90 days since it was originally purchased, which meant it was no longer returnable or refundable. 😢 I definitely would NOT recommend this product!

for a young person it may be great, for seniors this is a difficult machine to operate. the pedals get stuck,you have to go backwards a few times before it goes forwards again. my ankle felt like it would break.if I can get someone to lift it I will return ASAP.

Actually I don't use my under desk elliptical under a desk. I have it in my den so I can watch tv while I exercise. It is quiet, well built and perfect for my needs. I 'm 81 years old and have back and knee problems. I can sit and exercise my legs without putting stress on my knees or back, The tension is adjustable so I can adjust it to my neeeds.

I received my order when I went to put it together. The pedals was for 1 foot not left and right it was for left foot only. I'm trying to return it so I can order it again, but no one is trying to contact me now I don't know what to do and you can't return it back to Walmart

Part of the ellipse was supposed to be pre-assembled. It was NOT. The parts to be used in the pre-assembly were also NOT included in the package. It appears they were not considered at the time of shipment. To their credit, company refunded my money. But I first had to take pictures of problem, which I understand. But, I never should have been put in that position had their quality control been better.
